Very serene location and absolutely gem hotel of Lonavala, calm and beautiful location unlike the honky noises of city, absolutely incredible staffs, polite and amazing services provided, always ready to help you out. Best part is the brilliant chefs and their taste of food. Most recommended to all my friends.

A small property with Peacefull location. Rooms here are very untidy even the linens and pillow cover are also very dirty with stains. I was alloted room no 110, and it was full of mosquitoes and insects over there. I have to request them three times that it's not possible to stay here because we have a infant with us. They said our property is fully booked. After some time they gave us a new room which balcony opens to view of someone house. The staff here is good and. Polite . We called restaurant and asked for pizza which is basic food for now a time. They said we don't have, so we have ordered it from outside, and when zomato came they said outside food is not allowed, which was very ridiculous, that if u don't have and our kids want that only then should we convince our kid that pls eat whatever in hotel menu. I was surprised when I called for dental kit and comb and they said we don't have, sarovar portico is good brand I don't know how it is possible. Overall if u want to stay for a night it's a OK OK place. The pool was also very dirty. The exhaust in bathroom was not working after so many calls they replied we have to call technician. They also charge 1000+ taxes for infat extra bed , which is senseless.

Splendid trip with friends and family, all thanks to Elysia Sarovar Portico family. From the very warm welcome to helping us exploring the city, provided afford able taxi. Really helpful guys for outside guests like us. Moving ahead the show stopper was the delicious food. Fresh from kitchen to our heart. Spacious hygienic rooms were the best and comfortable all through tha stay. The receptionist was very jovial. Thanks to all the loving staffs. Surely coming back and recommended to known ones. We went to this resort with a group of friends, all with kids aged 3-4. The best part of the hotel was its make. It’s a nice small cozy setup, kids had their place to play and it felt safe, The food was very tasty. We had buffet dinner and breakfast. We requested kids-friendly meals, and the hotel staff obliged. They have a small swimming pool, which was dirty when we wanted to take a dip. But the hotel staff was prompt to clean it. The few cons were: 1. They do not have a lift and the restaurant is in the lower floor. Could be a problem to elders in the family. 2. The staff was usually courteous but were a little slow with their service. Also, we asked for 4 towels, they gave us 3. On asking they said we can give only 3. 3. They don’t have a buffet dinner but since we were a group, they made special buffet arrangements for us but charges very high for that. The variety didn’t match the charges at all. Overall it was a good hotel with courteous staff and good food. Will recommend if you are going as a group.

I recently stayed at Sarovar Portico Lonavala and had a fantastic experience. What stood out the most was their amazing service. They surprised me by upgrading my room to a family suite, making my daughter's stay extra special. The family suite was not only spacious but also comfy, providing my daughter with plenty of room for her activities. The hotel staff was super friendly and took care of all our needs. They were quick with room service, and the whole place was really clean. All in all, Sarovar Portico Lonavala not only provided great service but also went the extra mile by upgrading us to a family suite. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendliness and attention to making guests feel special.
