Atour Hotel, Huancheng South Road, Kunming Railway Station recensioner

Room was clean and service was excellent from staff. I would highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay in Kunming. It is also near the railway station, making it convenient to take the train to other cities.

Chose to stay in this hotel as it was just a 10 minute walk from the railway station, excellent for any travellers arriving in Kunming by the high speed rail. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. It even comes with free DIY laundry although we did not use it.

The hotel is located close to Kunming Railway Station. This hotel has a good selection of breakfast. I particularly like how detailed the room is. Every amenity is well thought out and great quality. Bed and pillow is very comfortable. Highly recommended!

My first experience staying with the Atour chain hotels. Have always heard about the great price to performance ratio. I checked in late and there was a minor backend communication issue between trip.com and the hotel, the room I booked wasn't reserved successfully in the hotel's system. The front desk staff quickly came up with a solution. They upgraded my room to a suite with a balcony. They provided me reassurance that I won't be left stranded and directed me to have the late night porridge while they sort it out. I was grateful for their service especially after my late arrival in Kunming. I was touched by the details of the room. The room is clean, well lit and there was cold and warm air conditioning.There was even a retractable clothesline in the shower area. Charging ports were abundant at both sides of the bed. The room is smart but upon switching off the lights, there was no unnecessary illumination from the switches or the TV, great for light sleepers sensitive to light. The pillow choice provided a personal touch. I look forward to my next stay with Atour. Many thanks to the staff on duty that night.

We absolutely love it. The location is perfect, close to the train station and south ring road station. If is your first time, you’d better ask the reception to show you the way, or just remember it is behind the Orange hotel. All the amenities are awesome. As we travel with kids, a purifier is a help. They even gave kids toothbrush and slippers. The laundry and dryer are also great.

Well located closed to the railway station. Very good quality in comparison to other hotels at the same price. Breakfast with good choices.

Our flight arrived earlier than scheduled and reached the hotel at 2am. Hotel staff, 壹木 explained we would need to book for additional night as the night we booked could not check in yet. We wanted to order food delivery via meituan and requires a local number. Hotel staff, 壹木 was very kind to enter his number for us to order. Overall, hotel was great! Would definitely recommend to others who will be travelling to kunming. Location wise, it is nearer to kunming railway station.

The hotel facility is fantastic. The room is new, clean and in good condition. The building hides behide Orange Hotel. However, it is cleaner. Good restaurants around and the price is reasonable. It is very close to Kunming Railway Station. I love Atour!

wonderful hotel ...free laundry and bottled water. would be good if the receptionists could also provide information or options to get to tourist sites.

Great hotel with all the amenities you'd need!

The location is very good. It locates near both Kunming railway station and metro south ring station. So it fits well with my plan go take hispeed train to Lijiang on the next day. The room is spacious and clean. All equipments are good and useful. Breakfast is nice. All staffs are helpful and try their best to help us despise language barrier. The bed and pillow are good too.
