Great service at this hotel, the owners are welcoming and communicative. They offer a free pickup service from the railway station but were also kind enough to drop us off there as well! They also have complementary laundry service as well. The room itself was extremely clean and had a great city view at night. The only downside was the location, it was quite far (15-20mins) walk away from the nearest metro station, but the city has lots of e-bikes and scooters to get around if you manage to get one working.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are big, new and clean. The hotel is small. So there is no gym or something. But very very kind stuff. Washing service was great ! Little difficult to find but if you once read the information on trip.com it’s ok. It’s located in the 16th floor. There is the reception as well.

We are backpacking through Vietnam and southern China. Kunming has been on our list to visit. We chose this hotel as it's a short walk from the train station. The reviews and pictures online are accurate. It's a new hotel with all the amenities you could require. It's tastefully decorated and the proprietors pride of ownership shows. I'm a foreigner traveler and the check-in was simple, which I really appreciated. The property is close (about a 30 minute walk) to a huge shopping mall where you can get anything you need. There are also several good restaurants on the street below. The area is safe and the people are friendly.
If I find myself back in Kunming, I would not hesitate to book here again.

Super Service, die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen gut weitergeholfen. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr neu und sauber. Wir haben extra die Lage in der Nähe des Südbahnhofs gewählt, daher war die Lage für uns perfekt. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Laundry Service ist inbegriffen und ging sehr schnell :)
