We booked 3 rooms but in order to assign us 3 rooms on the same floor, 2 of the rooms were upgraded - these were huge, much bigger and more spacious than original rooms booked 😀 . Toilet with bidet. Shower with good water temperature and water pressure. Only negative was water leaked out after shower. Good location - convenient yet quiet.

Good location; walking distance to Nanping Pedestrian Street, Old Street Kunming, Tongfeng Square Metro station, and bus stops right in front of the hotel. Delicious breakfast with a good selection of eastern and western dishes. Excellent room, with easy to control temperature, clean, comfortable bedding, white and fluffy towels, more than sufficient PowerPoints, and Usb points. Self-service laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Best of all, a friendly and helpful customer service team There is a renovation work undergoine nearby the area. The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor and maybe difficult to find. We recommend this hotel to stay in Kunming.

At first it was a little confusing because the hotel’s lobby located at 6th floor. The english is not so good (as usual) but the communication can be done via translator. The front desk are very helpful and will try their best to communicate despite the language barrier. The room is clean, good view. I had my friend booking with no windows room and it’s actually decent too. They actually have windows just that it faced inside the building. Not bad and not as claustrophobic as i thought it would. It’s located along ninping street, although it’s felt like on the end side of the road. So you need to walk quite a bit yo the centre side of the road. The gym is very basic probably just 3 equipments at level 6. The laundry is also at level 6. In general i would recommend. I have no complaint for my one night stay. Love it. Excellent hotel in the center of the City. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and tries to communicate with the help of a translation app in case you are a non Chinese speaker. Also good price value ratiotio.

We booked a different room for our last night as we had to check out early for our flight but staff offered free upgrade so we didnt have to move rooms! Very helpful and accommodating staff, modern rooms, and free laundry services provided. Location less than 20mins walk to major places of interests eg nanqiang st, kunming old st, etc. Opted for breakfast which also provided kids cutleries, and play area on the same floor. We enjoyed our stay.

Very safe and comfortable stay, easy access to attractions and eating places. Hotel facilities with washing machine and dryer. Counter service staff was very friendly and helpful.👍

The service is superb! The location is in the city and close to where I want to go with convenient transportation. The hotel is also clean.
