This accommodation is absolutely worth the price! The rooms are large, newly, clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for travelers. The location is fantastic—right near Metro Kunming Railway station able to walk for 6-8 mins, and there’s a street food area just below, making it super convenient to find something to eat.
The staff may not speak English, but they are very helpful and friendly.

Convenient location in 5 minutes walking from train station. Newly renovated, very clean, big rooms. Located on 20th floor of residential building. At first we had a problem finding hotel, but the reception lady helped us and went outside the building to pick us up.

The room was clean and super spacious compared to most places I’ve seen. We had a really smooth check in and checkout despite arriving at 4 in the morning. The bed was comfy, pretty decent pillows, comforter was thick and warm. The only complaint would be the noise from outside in the early morning but that’s to be expected as it’s so close to the train station.

Room super clean and bed very comfortable. City view was superb and room was very modern and huge. Staff was super friendly and gave us lots of local tips and told us where to go to get a local SIM card. Best thing is that it is only 5 mins walk to train station. Definitely so worth it for its price.
