G Joyful UP Hotel (Kunming Yuantongshan Zoo Cuihu) recensioner

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff went out of their way to provide local recommendations that truly enhanced my trip. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with modern touches that created a relaxing ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and pillows that ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options for every taste, and the breakfast buffet was fresh and abundant. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently situated near major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff gift us small gift upon checkout. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable experience.

Room was old. Bed was comfortable. We checked in late, around 9pm. There was no hot water. Was told to run the water longer for hot water. However, was not successful to get any. Problem was fixed on next day.

Its location near from the metro station, easy to find, accros "chagee" store. I got spacious room, nice and quite clean. Many food stall around the hotel till midnight.

The location is nearby the KunMing zoo but is quite a distance to the famous street. No night life around the hotel. The room is clean and big but the views is unexpected ugly (rooftop views). The food served in buffet style and taste so so. The most happy announcement is that do have lift!

The hotel is just around the center and very convenient for transportation, dining, and shopping. It is also clean, and the hotel attendants are very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for accommodating us! ^_^

The location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was when I showered, the water would spread all over the bathroom floor instead of flowing towards the drain. But overall, great hotel!

The receptionist is very enthusiastic, opposite the hotel there are a few restaurants and milk tea shops, a short walk to the zoo. Very worth staying

We stayed for just over a week, and the room is quite spacious, but it could definitely have been cleaner (mainly in the bathroom). The staff was very nice and helpful.

A basic and humble short stay. Check-in time got slightly delayed, the PC room we stayed wasn’t very clean.

Nice location not too far from the metro.Staff are friendly and nice. Room is clean and tye bed is comfortable.

Hotel location and service is great. The only downside is the double bed, supposed to be the mattress base but it was used as the bed plus one mattress protector on top. Backpain sleeping on it. The single bed is good.
