Extended yet another of my stay in Kunming and this good hotel , so much to do here there is a local street very near hotel where I bought a good quality largest size luggage bag for less RMB 200 with double number combination lock .Market Street is exit left of hotel and on first street corner where there is a Luckin coffee turn left again with the shopping street 50m on the right side....Hotel is clean and drinking water given daily.

Awesome location just 5mins walk to train station across the street, just ask the friendly and pretty receptionist.
Big cosy room, high floor at 21st.
You will need to drop off near by and walk 1 -2 min to the building. Lift needs abit of waiting as there are many other units in the same building.
Nearby there are food options. I like the mutton mixian soup noodles round the side from Luckin Coffee. Supermarket right downstairs too.

The hotel location was very near to Kunming Railway Station, was about 8 to 11 minutes walk. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, she will answers all the queries that she knows and even guided the way to restaurant and station. The room was very clean and has Xiao Du to control the aircond, lights and curtain. However, the room was a bit small with a big luggage but still managed to walk.

Had a few parcel sent to them and they were able to keep if safe for me. Got a small room but is sufficient for a person. Very clean, comfy bed~

The hotel is on the 21st floor of a big & tall building with various other biz / hotels occupying the building. Something common in kunming / china.
U will reach the hotel as soon as the lift door opens. There is no additional door or access. Reception is by the side, and the hotel occupies the entire floor
Great location - 5 mins from kunming station for ease of taking the high-speed train.
The hotel is clean and is a smart hotel, provided u speak Chinese.
Remember to close the window tightly, or else u will hear the traffic, although u r 21 floor up. The sound of honking is very common.
Sound proofing is not great. U will hear noises of water pipes as the next room uses their toilets
For the travellers, late may - June is rainy season for most of yunnan, which means raining all day (from morning till night) continuously for a few days. Do take note if u r planning to travel during this period as most of the attractions are outdoors.
