Very good Hotel. Location is closed to Dongfeng Square metro station Exit F. Excellent service, free coffee sent to my room. Hotel also help me booking transfer bus to airport for my early flight 4:00am.

The hotel is really near the metro station but, in fact, we rarely use it in Kunming. Didi is quite comfortable and the price is not different much compared to the cost of metro ticket. To get to the lobby, you need to climb up the stair from the street level to the second floor. Then there is an elevator to get to the lobby on 3rd floor. But no worried, there is a staff to help carrying your luggage up. He is so kind and always greet with a sincere smile. The room of the hotel, though not big, is clean and have enough space for the luggage. We also had our breakfast at the hotel. Though the choices are not much, you will still be able to enjoy it. They included noodles, fried eggs, sausage, vegetable, boiled rice, etc. The staff at the breakfast is also kind and did a good job. You will be happy to stay here and get the good service.

The hotel service is good, the staffs are helpful, thank you to the hotel staff's porter, who carried our luggage to 3rd floor hotel lobby, because the left is from lobby, when we check in and check out. The location is very convenient within short distance to Metro station, the metro station to the Yunming railway station and the Airport

We stayed in queen room, and it has everything we need for a short stay as our last days in Yunnan. The location is just perfect, it is walking distance to Nanping Pedestrian Street, metro, bus stop and other tourist attractions. I'd like to give a shout to the Operation Manager. While I cant read her name tag (as it is in Chinese character), I have to say she is so exceptional. She is so nice and helpful. She made sure we got a transport to the airport.

Comfortable and generally very clean room (the only thing that wasn't spotlessly clean was the floor and there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke). Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great - walking distance to most tourist places and lots of food options in the area.

There is a single, slow elevator serving guests on 10 floors. It takes a couple of minutes to make an elevator trip. To make things worse, the reception is on the 3rd floor. The staff do not speak English but try to be helpful and respectful. There is not much to see in Kunming.

If u stay at 11th floor, mean that u need to walk the staircase from 10th floor to 11floor. The lift is only carry till 10th floor. If u bring big luggage, then u need to call reception for help.
