I was departing from Kunming South Railway Station, this hotel was ideally located for me - about a 10 minute walk away. There were lots of street food options on the hotel's doorstep too. Very satisfied.

The hotel was nice and lush .The bed , bedding and the pillows were soft ,clean and comfortable .There are shops around the hotel ,we had a nice Korean bbq just next to the hotel .The hotel offers a drop off at the train station .Will definitely come again .

The location is closed to the train station. The hotel have free shuttle service to the train station. The price is cheap with good location and services although outside of the room looks old and not so clean.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Kunming South Railway Station. It is a good value. Clean modern room. Being located in an apartment/hotel type of building there are several budget hotels, the elevators are congested due to the number of guests in the building.

I would appreciate it if you could explain why the hotel lacks heating. The weather outside is quite cool, and we had hoped to find warmth in our room. However, the room is spacious, and there's a convenient store downstairs, making it easy to purchase supplies.

Upon receiving your feedback, the hotel took it very seriously and immediately organized an after-sales team consisting of engineering and aesthetics to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment. The air conditioning is functioning normally (Air Conditioning: The hotel is equipped with central air conditioning, press the panel twice to display Running and it can be used normally). We suspect there might have been a mistake in one of the steps when turning it on. I feel very wronged and guilty for not communicating with you in time upon discovering the issue, which led to a bad stay experience for you. We sincerely apologize and hope you will visit us again.

Fantastic hotel if you’re looking to stay in the area or wanting to stay near the Kunming South Railway station. Below the hotel there’s a 24hr convenient store too. Perfect for late arrival. Although the Ground floor lift lobby looks abit run down but the rest of it is pretty good. Room is spacious and clean. And the hotel staff is friendly too and I wasn’t charged the RMB100 deposit

We just stayed one quick night as we had a train late into town and an early train in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was VERY helpful with some extra things we needed sorted before our train. Location was convient, it was quick to walk to from the train station and fast to Didi back in the morning. Would stay again if I was in the same situation. Also, nice proximity to a huge number of shops, and food stalls.

Clean rooms and new. Definitely a place to stay when visiting this area. We stayed here to catch a train early morning as the station is walking distance.

Very sleek and modern hotel. This (I say this because this building has other hotels as well) hotel corridor and hotel room are very clean, fresh and nice. It is in the University Town and in this town there is night market. Every other step is a food store or hotel. The hotel can be hard to locate since one building could have multiple hotels with their own front desk. The Railway Station is just nearby. The is a slight typo in the trip.com website "hopin" it should be "houpin" as seen in the picture.
