Hotel was expected of a Crowne Plaza. Facilities, amenities and food were all good, with an indoor swimming pool. Some of the rooms on the higher floors can see Dian Chi and the theme park beside the hotel. Location of hotel is a little far from everything else.

Good environment and the room is quite big. Have central heating at night which make the room so comfortable.

If you looking for a get away from the busy life and just want to relax your soul, this is certainly the place to stay at very friendly front desk people and well spoken English. Food is delicious, rooms are very beautiful and clean.

I stayed here with my wife on a short get away from the city. We have been there before and enjoyed it very much. If you have kids it’s very conveniently located beside the amusement park and an amazing wetland park. They have shuttles going in a loop all around the area. The only downside was that the dinner wasn’t so great. Breakfast was fine though. We both enjoyed it but not dinner.

1，首先讚美打掃房間服務員：房間舒心，服務暖心，住的靜心。打掃房間的服務員真是個善解人意的勤勞之人，我喝酒打碎了瓶子因沒有工具打掃就放在那裡，結果第二天我出去回來發現已經收拾的乾乾淨淨。因我出發沖忙忘了叮囑小心割傷手還自責呢~好的員工就是企業的靈魂，她為企業添磚加瓦，企業有她一定會錦上添花，願你們皇冠假日酒店明天會更好！希望領導給予她嘉獎！ 2，還要重點對前台服務員陳緒提出讚美，她熱情大方彬彬有禮，笑容可掬雙手接過我的身份證，此刻我已經陶醉在家的温暖和温馨之中了。在這裏我體會到了“賓至如歸”四個字真正的含義。感謝酒店領導層培訓到位，帶出這樣有素養的團隊！點贊👍👍 3，提出一點小瑕疵，早餐遇到一個梳扎馬尾辮子穿黑衣服個子不高的女服務人，個子不高架子挺高。全程面無表情熟視無睹的溜溜達達。這個人可能近幾天身體不太舒服可能。理解萬歲吧！願你們都有和酒店一樣內外漂亮心境，在愉快中度過每一個工作日。加油！ 我來昆明必定來的酒店。

一直很喜歡這家酒店，這次去感覺服務又提升了一個等級。1.前台辦理入住，有帶小孩，免費升級了房間。2.餐廳可以送餐去房間，同時收餐及時。3.第二天早餐，管理人員對小朋友很友好，小朋友早餐收費也比較人性化的點個贊。4.早餐服務人員王文鳳也積極熱情。下次再來。

來七彩雲南歡樂世界玩住這裏最方便啦，酒店人員熱情接待，房間寬敞，陽台就可以看到樂園摩天輪，早餐豐盛，有點小問題酒店人員都積極聽取建議。帶小朋友的家庭還有很多娛樂活動可以玩。套票給的二日樂園票和萌寵樂園超級划算。有時間可以慢慢去喂小動物

已經是時隔兩年，第二次造訪這家酒店了。辦理入住時，前台的timi認出我來了，還非常耐心的給我辦理入住，歡迎我這個“老客”的到來！這家酒店遠離城市的喧囂，非常適合想要再昆明尋找寧靜獨家環境的寶寶，旁邊還有古滇王國樂園，帶孩子來的寶寶也很適合來。ma

這次帶孩子出遊選擇了皇冠假日古滇酒店，體驗感超棒！ 酒店交通十分便利，就在歡樂世界旁邊，對自駕出行的家庭太友好了。一進酒店，衞生狀況就讓人放心，房間裏一塵不染，床鋪整潔，衞生間也沒有任何異味。 最值得稱讚的是他們的服務。前台辦理入住迅速，還貼心地介紹周邊遊玩訊息。入住期間，管家全程跟進，有任何需求都能及時響應。孩子不小心把玩具弄丟了，管家幫忙四處尋找，最後在餐廳找到了，真的特別感動。餐廳服務員也很熱情，會主動幫忙推薦適合孩子的菜品。 酒店的設施也很適合親子，小童遊樂區設施豐富，孩子玩得不亦樂乎。這次出行，因為皇冠假日古滇酒店，變得更加完美，下次來這邊還會選擇這家！

很棒的寵物友好五星級酒店，房間有狗狗的窩，外面露台也有，門口還有後院，外面的院長還有狗狗的樂園，可以供狗狗們追逐。 餐廳有半户外空間，可以帶狗狗用餐。 房間還有贈送一盒狗罐頭和尿墊。 總之很好的寵物友好酒店體驗：）
