Mingfanju Hotel (Kunming Golden Horse Bijifang Old Street) recensioner

The hotel lobby was at level 27. For first timer, really hard to find the entrance to the building as need to entered security and the building access. The room was spacious with separate room and living room. For muslim, nearby mosque by walking about 3-5minutes and breakfast really easy at street below the building. Else walking to Suncheng street and found many Qing Zhen (halal) nearby.

The hotel is very near to the Suncheng Mosque and walking distance to Kunming Old Street. Many halal restaurants. Nice city view at night.

There are a lot of halal eateries near the hotel. Famous halal shuncheng street is only about 3 mins walk from the hotel. Near the big shopping centre. Finding the hotel initially can be quite confusing as the hotel is situation in a building and it at level 27. But don't worry, just dial the reception, and they are more than willing to help you out.

Nice convenience small inn. Great location to nearby places of interest.

The good thing about this place is just because it’s near to city, just walking distance. Others are just nightmare for me. First when we arrived, we were so clueless because no signboard of the hotel, we asked the guard and the guard showed us the entrance door. The entrance door was locked. Then it took us few minutes to contact the hotel only then we know that we need to press the button beside the door. We need to go to 27th floor, that is where the reception is located. The elevator of the building is just in poor condition, the carpet looks like it’s damp and not maintained at all. Then we went to our room which is in another floor. Room smell weird, the sofa provided smells weird, i dont even want to sit on it. The bathroom not clean, there were hairs in the bathtub. Im not comfortable at all fortunately we just stayed for one night and left early in the morning.

We got a pretty big room. The room was so nice and quite cheap. The location is very near with muslim street and mosque. Halal food was everywhere. We will definitely book this hotel if we go to kunming again...if

Location is very convenient to reach out by waking distance to the city center,mosque. A lot of halal food outlet. You have to go to level 27 to check in and press the door bell to access to the lift (it is much easier if this informations mention this in check in process) On 2nd night all my family members was asked by hotel to reception for security reporting. Breakfast is basic and we was not being issued with 2nd day breakfast coupon (I not follow up since we decided not to take breakfast on 2nd day) Didi services is very convenience to send us to train railway station from hotel building

It was nice experience

這家性價比確實很高，房間比較大氣，完全符合雙人出行的標準，周邊設施也很齊全，比第一天住的那家好太多了，沒圖（看看麗江的風景吧）

設施：老舊 衞生：很差 環境：很差 服務：一般 生銹的置物架，脱線的毛巾浴巾，臟到噁心的水龍頭，牆皮脱落和不知名的贓，洗手盆裏竟然有未清理的毛髮….還有痛苦的早餐

出差選擇的酒店，感覺不錯，位置有一點偏有點難找，房間非常大，1個人住很空曠，距離商業地段很近吃飯非常方便

服務好，有早餐，位置很好，免費停車，推薦

每次到昆明辦事都選擇這裏，交通便利、逛街、就醫步行都相當方便，前台服務耐心真誠、來昆明的朋友值得選擇

我在這家酒店有過一次極其不愉快的入住體驗，必須要給大家提個醒。入住期間，早上7點20 分，房門突然被人毫無預兆地暴力踢開。當時我和孩子還在睡夢中，孩子直接被嚇醒，我們都驚恐萬分。 後來查看監控才知道開門的是酒店服務員。9點左右我們退房時向酒店反映了這件事，希望酒店能核實情況。畢竟睡夢中有人用房卡隨意開門，還帶着孩子，實在是太恐怖了。 酒店經理趕來後，獨自進房間查看監控，出來卻告知我們沒有人開過房門。我們提出質疑，她態度非常惡劣，不僅堅稱沒人開門，話裏話外還暗指我們在説胡話，甚至説出“如果有鬼你們想怎樣”這樣的話。 之後男主管接手查看監控，這才確認確實有人用房卡打開了房門。由於我們在房間內用酒店的鐵鏈上了鎖，門才衹打開了一小部分。 後來雙方引發了爭吵，無奈之下我們選擇報警，警察出警迅速，幫忙調查後告知我們開門的是酒店服務員，這是酒店內部管理失誤所導致的。針對態度問題我們可以走其他的途徑 我第一時間想到的是向總部投訴，結果電話撥通之後發現居然就是這個經理負責接聽，她直接讓我們不用投訴了，還自稱就自己就是老闆，無奈之下我向12315投訴，得到的反饋是酒店稱給了我們小禮物（一個水杯），真是真假話參半，事實是當時男主管就給我們這個水杯，我們當場就拒絕了。因為我們從頭到尾要的不是禮物和賠償，衹是事情的真相。 我的訴求很簡單：1.想知道為什麼服務員不敲門就在7點20分用房卡暴力開門； 2.希望女經理就她之前惡劣的態度以及無端懷疑我們的行為道歉。（但她卻堅稱自己沒錯，堅決不道歉） 最後想説，這家酒店因為位置便利，我之前住過不下10次，還推薦給了朋友們。但經過這次事件，我看清了酒店老闆的為人和處理問題的態度，以後絕對不會再入住了。 發出來給大家參考，住不住你們自行決定吧。
