I enjoyed staying at this hotel, which offers high quality service, convenient location and friendly stuff. I arrived a bit late, when the hotel cafe was about to close, but the restaurant manager (unfortunately I don’t know her name) nicely set up a table for me for dinner, and asked not to be in rush and order whatever I like. After she came to me asking if anything else needed, speaking English fluently. The room is quite spacious as for one person, comfy and clean. Easy to reach subway or bus stop, there’s Wanda shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car.Highly recommend this hotel, one of the best places I’ve ever accommodated to. Safe journeys, guys!

Good hotel with good location only 10 minutes from subway station for visit to flower market & western hills by train. So it is very convenient. Taxi is inexpensive to go Old Street vicinity.

It was one of the most pleasing stays I had in all Kunming. The friendly staff, the amazing breakfast and the fact that they speak amazing English to assist you. To how fast they register you and how convenient it is to go all around , the station is nearby so if you’re planning to go to Dali or anywhere , it’s super convenient. The bathtub was very clean and the view was so beautiful! Deserves a 5 star 🌟 for sure!! They were so nice I had this food for free and even a Chinese rose cake for the new year !

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. My only minor complaint was the shower temperature—it was a bit too hot and difficult to adjust. However, this was a very small issue in an otherwise perfect experience. I would gladly stay here again and appreciate the overall quality of the hotel.

Very central location within 10 minutes' walk to Kunming Train Station. Clean rooms with decent sizes. Might need to power up the room heater further.

Hotel ammenties are good and the room is spacious. . Hotel is located very close to train station. Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel staff Mr Jesse helped me with Tour arrangements and he communicated promptly. Really appreciate that. The buffet breakfast is good with a wide selection. The staff always offered to make coffee for me when I stepped into the restaurant. Highly recommended hotel stay for all.

Check in was unfriendly and unprofessional demonstrated by the staff member. We were forced to put deposit 500 rmb even though our booking was prepaid. The staff member’s excuse was that there are food items in the room. When we got into the room we found that the refrigerator was empty and there were few items was on the table worth than 150 rmb. The following day we spoke with one of the guys at the reception and we explained why should we had to put deposit and after few arguments with the guy he returned the deposit.

Very nice and convenient hotel for traveller who about to stay-over before using High speed railway from KM to other province via Kunming railway station. Close to South Ring Rd. Exit D with elevator. Staff very polite and helpfully. Big room , large bathroom , air conditioning system looks old but circulating air in the room is great. Recommend !!

Can use didi to go hotel if you have huge luggages It’s not that far but will be difficult to go to hotel with huge luggages

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Receptionist can communicate in English. Nice and bright lobby with flowers. It is about 800 meter from the railway station, so we walked to hotel with luggage when we traveled from Dali to Kunming by high speed train. It may be exhausted if you have walking difficulty with luggage but fine for us.

I want to thank all the amazing staffs and manager 財for the remarkable care to us during our staying. I can see their commitment to excellence from how they respect and value their customers.

From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, a familiar and warm atmosphere envelops you. Candy and Chloe, the front desk staff, warmly welcomed us with sincere smiles and kind greetings, which made me feel at home instantly. The process of check-in was efficient and smooth, without any delay, and we quickly received the room key and headed to the room. When you enter the room, you will see a tidy and warm arrangement. The bed is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete.

Decent hotel and hotel location near railway station, convenient if you have an early train to catch the next day.

This is the last day we had in Kunming Yunnan before flying to our next destination. We enjoyed our stay at the Kai Wah Plaza Hotel. We loved our evening walk, exploring the offerings of all the different street vendors, looking at the colourful latterns and immersing the joy of being at a night market :-)
