We had a very good time in this hotel! 1) the room was nice: comfortable bed, nice balcony, shower and bathtub 2) breakfast was good, mainly Chinese but tasty (we missed some cheese) and it was not crowded, it was very clean and organized 3) staff were polite although we always had to use apps to communicate which created sometimes misunderstandings 4) pool was nice, with a hot water pool and slides so lots of fun for a toddler 5) playground for a 2yo was small but considering that there was a pool also, my son had fun Overall we like it a lot and considering the price, it’s was a good choice

The biggest hotel room I have ever gotten , it was over 14000sf. Everyone was so friendly. Helen ar the front desk gave us good recommendations on where to visit! Highly recommend it to you all.

The staff as always have gone above and beyond our expectations with their amazing service and care for our young family. We have been coming for over 10 years and have been impressed how the staff are improving their customers experience every year!

Great hotel. Even though the rooms are a bit old, but the services are great. The front desk is especially helpful!

The service was splendid! All staff are remakrably friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast also had a wide selection. Altogether, we were quite pleased with our stay.

It was a wonderful stay. I enjoyed the aesthetic and beauty of the place. I liked that they think about all details. Hot springs and swimming pool are nice. I also enjoyed the restaurant with its great choice of dishes. Strongly suggesting the place. The staff is very friendly and polite. When I was leaving I even got a small souvenir from the front desk manager. I stayed in a lot of hotels around China. I would say this was one of the best choices. Besides the location is also very convenient.

Relaxation at its finest！  We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers.

Great place to take family for a swim and good spa relaxation. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Area is quiet and a little remote but gives peace of mind. Service is excellent and the rooms are nice. Didnt use any of the facilities so cant give any feedback.

Nice hotel, Impressive, huge and fun swimming pool and spa Rooms are large and roomy. Got a bit lost from lobby area to the pool. Could use more English signs.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever been to in China. Amazing pool and beautiful scenery. I will come back here on my next trip to Kunming.
