Location is good near some tourist spot, but there is no hot water for shower. And room is poorly insulated against to cold weather.

Very easy to book online, the hotel accepts foreigners and the workers are very kind and helpful. If I come back to Kunming I will definitely stay here again.

We liked the location. Just 10-15 mins walk from metro station. The hotel might be a bit hard to spot if you are not ready. Best we did was to refer to the listing page to see how the frontage looked like. Also the street address is correct so just check the building numbering when you arrived. Everything is in Chinese. Checkin was smooth. There was free water refill. Wifi worked okay-ish but not very fast. Room that we booked wasn't like in the picture. It was cramped with squatting toilet, unlike what the listing shows. Perhaps need to increase the room categories to get the better ones as shown in official photos. Overall it was acceptable stay for one night before heading to Lijiang.

The place is about 10-15 minutes by car to Kunming City/Kunming old town . The place is also near to Chagee and 24mart so dont worry if you need anything.

Owner very friendly and nice, their upgrade our room without any charges, location near to metro and easy to get halal food.

Один из худших отелей в моей жизни. Нет вентиляции. Рядом прачка, где всю ночь крутятся машинки. Прямо в номере автомат по продаже презервативов и смазки. За окном стена на расстоянии 1 метр.

Местоположение очень хорошее, рядом две станции метро, супермаркет, еда, рядом зоопарк. В общем идеально. Мне досталась вполне чистая комната для хостела вполне себе нормально. Душ рабочий, туалет тоже, а вот вода из крана не текла, руки помыть проблема. Хозяева очень гостеприимные, это самое приятное! Идут на встречу. Меня даже встретили когда я подъехала на такси. Теперь из минусов, на первом этаже стоит стиралка и весь первый этаж ее слышит, очень шумно. Без беруш вы не заснете. Если вы планируете не долгую поездку и не планируете сидеть в отеле можете рассмотреть этот вариант.
