we returned from our trip to Shangri-La and claimed our bulky luggage which we deposited a week ago at the hotel. it was well taken care of. the room is cozy and two floors higher than we stayed last time. it has a better view. the staff are helpful and friendly. we were served tea when we arrived. we asked for a room power supply card and it was given to us for our convenience. the hotel is well located, it is near to the kunming railway station, Kunming metro and popular tourist attractions.

Very nice cozy and lovely hotel. Floral tea, Welcome drink provided. Very delicious breakfast. Comfortable mattress. I would recommend this hotel for next stay!

The hotel is clean, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it for those looking to travel by train, as the station is just a short walk away.

Nice clean modern hotel. 10min walk to South Ring Rd metro station. Nearly restaurants and lots of junk food stalls along the main road.
Staff are super friendly and attentive.
Room is clean and spacious.
Full amenities.

Location and customer services are good, just the cleanliness need to improve, the aircond found bad smell when turning it on, overall ok.
One more thing, the breakfast is delicious and got many different selection, recommended!!

It was a great stay for us,, love the place. It is around nice neighbourhood with a lot of eatries and massage shop. Best of tea shop with a lot of pur tea to test out. It about 11 minds walk to subway station at South ring. Staff of this hotel are great and friendly and helpful.

We loved it. The room was beautifully designed and well equipped, very quiet and equipped with all kinds of amenities you could wish for. The staff was also lovely and friendly.
There is a (DIY) laundry available in-house whhixh we used and much appreciated.
The location is great thanks to the fact that there is the railway station as well as metro and restaurant and cafés nearby. The ‚17coffee‘ was amazing (:
Note: The name of hotel is different from what it is called on Trip.com but the address is correct. The name is Wonder Land.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Simple but adequate breakfast. I missed my tea snacks and the kind front reception help pass me some to eat in my train ride. The lady in the front desk is very friendly and helpful, always smiling, I know I commented that Already ....
