Comfortable bed. Great environment. Strong wifi. Friendly staff.

30mins via taxi to the location from airport via taxi. Plenty of food and restaurants nearby.

Everything was good and the late check in is ok as well and tge most important it accept foreigner. The room is big but have smoke smell which is not comfortable to atay for a long period

Great location as it is located at a walkable distance from the central train station. Perfect for a short 1 night stay before we had to catch the train in the morning. All basic necessities are provided.

This hotel does not have any non-smoking rooms. The information on Trip is not accurate. I don't recommend booking a room without window because the room will smell of smoke. Location is good, many restaurants and shops nearby. About a 10 minute walk to Kunming Railway Station. Sometimes you have to wait a bit too long for the elevator. If I didn't mind the smoke smell I would book again.

It is perfectly located if you need to stay near the train station. It was a 5-minute walk. We arrived late at night and left early in the evening and it was perfect for our stay.

Spacious space with great location to railway station. The price is cheap as well for two double beds in the room, will book again when traveling to Kun Ming

2月17日左右定了昆明一家酒店 2月17日入住時由於飛機落地高原反應還沒有完全消失 又因為自己本來胃不舒服 直接開完房將行李放在酒店大堂就直接去了醫院 下午醫院做完檢查到掛完水22:08下網約車 22:12左右到酒店拿完行李等了大概5分鐘電梯 才上到樓層進入房間 本身身體就很累 洗了澡 吃了飯就休息了 沒有時間檢查房間 到早上點完早飯 吃完早飯 洗漱完 看見有蟑螂在外賣袋子上爬到桌上隨即又發現門口地上還死了一衹 馬上就跟客服聯繫 直接去離店 客服給的解決方案第一個是換房間 我已經要離開所以拒絕 就算不離開 這種有蟑螂出現過的酒店誰還敢住 ，後又一直問我是否有跟酒店溝通過 我明確表示不想當面溝通的情況下 告知我已經離店並且沒有跟酒店溝通的話是無法讓酒店方面做出回覆解決方案 那也就是説如果不當麪溝通或者提前告知酒店有問題 但是自己又第一時間聯繫客服的情況下也沒有能在平台得到任何保障 也就是説白了 在攜程得不到任何保障 ，後有隨即要賠償22-59元左右不等 我告知桌上放有食品並且我的行李全部是打開狀態 不知道是否是有沒有被蟑螂爬過 我連身上都不知道有沒有被蟑螂爬過 所以不接受這種方案 故客服説2月18日22點之前回復 我等到24點之後也沒有任何人回覆我 ，而後我自己聯繫客服 他表明需要19日11點前再回復我 我中途已經告知訴求 而客服一而再再而三拖延不想處理 現在投訴已經是19號1:03分 也就是説我從18號10:51到19號1:03還在為這一件事情發愁 然而攜程客服並未給到我滿意的答案 攜程方面給的理由是：酒店方面不能達成一致 我們沒有進行反饋給酒店的這一項動作 但是我們在第一時間已經告知攜程客服讓他們聯繫 我們不想直接跟酒店溝通 還要用這個理由來搪塞我們 房間大小沒有關係 但是衞生真的太差

酒店是和很多酒店拼的 樓層較高  房間衞生情況不好很多灰塵 廁所燈非常暗感覺燈壞了一樣還沒有防滑拖鞋洗澡衹能光腳 衞生也不是很好 隔音非常差 早上一大早樓上開始有推動桌椅的聲音 還有説話聲音非常不隔音 一早上都有噪音根本睡不好！！！避雷！！！！

ที่พักห่างจาก kunming Railway station ประมาณเกือบ 1 กิโลเมตร แต่ทำเลรายล้อมไปด้วยร้านอาหารและมีเซเว่นข้างล่างตึก เคาว์เตอร์เช็คอินรูปภาพไม่ค่อยตรงปกกับที่ลงในเว็ป trip.com ต้องถามคนแถนนั้นเอาถึงจะเจอ ค่อนข้างงงหน่อยๆ
