Kunming Green Lake Atour Hotel recensioner

En stor tyst incident, när gardinerna öppnas är det en soptipp, Jag ringde receptionen för att byta rum, och sa att det bara fanns ett rum bredvid av samma typ, så jag accepterade motvilligt och bytte inte.På ett sådant kvalitetshotell, varje morgon när jag går upp och öppnar fönstret , det är en soptipp. När skräpet stinker orkade jag inte och ringde hotellets reception för att klaga. Receptionen gav oss bara ett manuellt kundtjänstnummer, låt oss gå till den manuella kundtjänsten för att klaga! Jag kommer inte ihåg exakt hur många gånger jag har bott på Atour. Varje gång jag åker till en stad för affärer eller turism är det Atour först. Jag är din medlem och ditt trogna fan. Jag gillar Atours servicekoncept, men boendemiljö denna gång Det fick mig verkligen att känna mig väldigt obekväm och glad!

Nice family style hotel within minutes walk to Cui Hu away from the more touristy areas. Very good spread of breakfast & nice simple porridge supper included. Good service from the friendly staff.

Hotel is clean and located at a convenient location with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Green lake is Abt 10 to 15 mins walk from hotel. Bed is huge and comfortable to sleep in. Balcony is a surprise and we love having our breakfast and evening chats at the lovely balcony. Only con is housekeeping forgot to make up our room on the first day. We had to call housekeeping to clear up the bins and provide new towels.

It was great staying in this hotel. Walking distance to the Green lake and easy to accesible to any place by Didi service. They serve nice tea as well.

Very nice place! Super good location and close by garden, shopping, train station etc. Service is very good and staff are very nice!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great location just opposite the Yuantong Temple and a short 10 minute walk to the Green Lake Park. It's also not too far a walk (~25 mins) to the pedestrian streets for shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and happy to provide us directions for our travels. Breakfast staff and selection were excellent. We would stay here again.

The room is clean with ample drinking water. Love the flowers in the courtyard as with the setup of coffee tables and chairs.

This is what you call a boutique hotel that is relatively new. The service is excellent. The front desk is friendly helpful. The room is a fairly good size with all the amenities. Nice decor modern they offer a free popcorn and a specialty drinks when I first check in. The price is less than half of the price of nearby green lake, a much much older hotel. Overall, I’m happy with this hotel and I will stay again. Hotel is clean offers free laundromat on the second floor with free detergent. Breakfast is good as a varieties of food and the free coffee through a state of the art coffee machine.

Good location. Neat and clean. Rooms were very spacious. Everything in the refrigerator was free.

Delicious Breakfast Good location. Opposite Yuantong Temple. Near Green Lake, 10 minutes walk or just 10 CNY. Nice small hotel. Good service. If you can’t speak Chinese, you can communicate via translate app. Staffs were happy to help. No coffee in our room types, only tea.

Great location. The service is so so. The front desk take every chance to persuade people to buy membership that’s really annoying.
