Ramada by Wyndham-boenden i Kunming

Service was excellent as staff at Reception counter is able to understand English. Good customer attributes and with smiling and dedicated services. Even help me to fix problem on the coffee dispenser provided with compliments beside the reception counter. Location is strategic and near to Kunming. Room is extremely big and price is reasonable. Highly recommended. Will book again in my next trip

This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Kunming! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the metro. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Mr T from the reception who went out of his way to assist us. The gym nearby was excellent and exactly what we needed during our trip. Overall, it’s great value for money; clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kunming!
