I was met by two wonderful receptionist. Carol and Nancy.. they were well trained and Carol was so kind to arrange my dinner booking. Car was arranged with a nice driver..will for sure visit and stay in tge same hotel..

Great all round stay as expected of a brand name hotel. The hotel has its own compound and restaurants which are great. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. They have some facilities which are closed. Very near Zhouzhuang Water town entrance. Around 7mins via Didi.

A very nice comfortable hotel, located in a park setting, conveniently located near the beautiful old “water town” of Zhouzhuang. A great place to relax and chill out away from the hustle and bustle of Suzhou and Shanghai. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are good.

五一帶娃入住一晚，整體感覺一般，可能是假期較忙原因，衞生打掃很敷衍，床角及地毯上零食碎屑都沒吸乾淨，導致晚歸後再叫人來臨時補打掃。梳洗用品是拆過的，也沒及時替換。一樓房間雖説是湖景房升級過的，但光線不佳，還是建議住高樓層的。價格總的來説還算公道，周邊環境還算尚可，但服務意識真心有待提高！！

酒店從前台到服務員的態度令人極度失望。 1. 前台服務形同虛設：辦理入住時，工作人員全程冷臉，詢問需求時愛答不理，甚至故意迴避眼神交流。遇到問題諮詢時，直接甩一句“等會兒”就再無下文，典型的“冷硬橫推”。 2. 服務員素質堪憂：在走廊被一名匆忙路過的服務員踩到腳，對方連頭都不回，更別説道歉。這種基本禮儀的缺失，讓人懷疑酒店是否做過崗前培訓。 3. 效率低下：為孩子索要小童洗漱用品，催了三次仍拖延兩小時未送達，不發火解決不了問題。連基本需求都無法響應，何談服務質量？ 作為一家正規酒店，員工毫無服務意識，管理流程混亂，完全辜負了客人的信任。絕不會再次入住，也不推薦任何親友選擇這裏！

最近幾天室外温度30度酒店房間里居然有25度，走廊有27.5度，白天因為出去了沒感覺晚上睡覺被熱醒很多次，第一天晚上和前台溝通告知酒店規定空調不開，衹開了風並送來了冷風機，繼續被熱醒，第二天和前台溝通開了空調，到了晚上睡覺的時候又關了總開關，又被熱醒幾次，一大早又和前台溝通，被告知晚上酒店確實是關了空調了😱😱😱，實在是過分了，後酒店表達了歉意，並立即打開了空調總開關😡😡😡酒店太教條了，不是根據天氣預報，而是根據季節開關中央空調，沒有為客人着想。當然酒店也有好的方面，景色很宜人，很安靜，房間夠大，也很乾凈，隔音效果挺好的，適合修身養性

房間很大，最棒的是有一個陽台，晚上開着門透透氣，絕絕子。特地備註安排了面水的房間。景觀很美，空調也很舒服，晚上調小風沒什麼聲音，不影響睡覺。早餐也很豐富，中西式都有。

帶娃打卡的第112家酒店。 第一次打卡鉑爾曼，整體體驗無功無過。入住前沒有管家聯繫告知入住事宜，停車場沒等到接駁車自己走到主樓1樓後開始十分懵逼的晃悠（大堂在二樓），最後還是靠全日制餐廳裏的小哥哥引路。 房間空間很大，但動線的設計是住過比較奇怪的，浴缸和淋浴位於同一個空間內，廁所也沒有排氣扇。此外，Mini Bar需要收費，也沒有歡迎水果，已經好久沒遇到過需要收費的小冰箱了。在江浙滬酒店瘋狂內卷的今天，還有很多值得提升的地方。

週末和家人一起去周莊遊玩，預訂了一晚湖景雙床房，晚上在周莊吃好晚飯後入住的酒店。 酒店位置很私密，特別安靜！ 酒店二樓辦理入住接待服務態度好，因為我們有三個孩子辦理入住時來回確認第二天早餐的費用，前台姑娘很爽快的給兩個孩子免了早餐費！ 酒店房間分為東翼和西翼，三樓可以換乘電梯，房間很大床墊舒適，晚上還能提供記憶枕，衞生間也打掃得乾淨！ 整體服務都很好，下次還會入住！

房間衞生尚可，床品無異味且幹松，設施設備夠用。服務人員服務熱情，特別是門僮衹要有車道來均前去為客人開門這一點非常棒！早餐品種不是很豐富中西合璧，還有早餐服務人員服務不夠熱情，我們燙的菜好了也沒有告訴我們有點無語😓。由於離開時有些匆忙忘記了些物品遺留在房間，通過與前台服務人員電話溝通，她們先確定遺留物品還放在房間內然後採用快遞方式從我們郵寄到家非常感謝！有個小建議衹是洗澡間要是當個小衣架或者是其它可以放衣服那就更完美了。衹要來周莊古鎮旅遊必選它！酒店周邊美食不是很多大多數餐館均處於古鎮內外。
