he best hotel experience in a long time! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, my room was spotless and cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and full of charm. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. It was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. So warm, inviting, and unforgettable – truly the best solo stay I’ve had in recent times. I can’t wait to return!

We had a short family trip with one 4 y old child. The room was comfortable, especially the beds. The swimming area was not very suitable for a small child because there were no shallow pools and I didn’t see any equipment around to use. The 18+ sauna area was a cool touch you can use without clothes.

The hotel and spa itself are nice, breakfast decent, restaurant good, even though the portions tend to get smaller and smaller. Do not expect to get full stomach from only main course if you are a grown up man. Rooms need an upgrade. At first we were accommodated in a room where there was no aircon, even though everywhere is stated that they have airconditioning. We discovered it very late at night and thought that opening door to balcony would do it, but it got really noisy very early in the morning. So after a bad night and complaint we could change the room. I appreciate that, but why would they accommodate us in a no-aircon-room in the first place if there were airconned rooms available? Unfortunately the worst thing to happen to us was that money from my husband's pocket went missing. Luckily it was not big amount, but still really bad experience. We were looking for the safe in room, but there is none!!! After filing complaint we learned that there is possibility to keep your valuables somewhere locked up in a lobby, but this is really not convenient, is it. I cannot remember the last time staying in a big hotel where there was no safe in the room. The answer from the hotel was not really satisfactory either, we did not expect to be compensated, but getting an answer "no cleaning lady confessed and we trust our employees" felt like they claimed we were lying about the money taken. Just bad communication. Rated as one of the best hotels in Kuressaare, it let us down.

1 week accommodation, few days in superior room, few days in standard room. Superior room was beautiful and really nice, just renovated. Standard room was also OK. In both rooms in balcony there were some kind of wooden block as chair, which were horrible to sit. Spa was clean and tidy, very few people in the beginning of June. Few saunas and pools. Spa treatments were really good, tried massage and pedicure. Pedicure was super good! Breakfast was average, good, but nothing special. Only thing I can complain is that personnel in restaurant seemed to know nothing about glutenfree food. There were some products with allergy signs, but some signs were in wrong places. It came out when I checked and was suspicious. They also told some products to be glutenfree, which they were not. Hotel is situated a bit outside town, but in short walking distance. Personnel in reception were all very polite and friendly.

NO AIR CONDITIONING !!! It got as hot as 35˚C (95˚F) outside. They gave us a small fan to move the hot air around. We could not open the window due to mosquitoes. My wife could not sleep. They gave us a trivial discount on laundry and a meal. We communicated our extreme displeasure to our travel agent.
