MANISH from Front office welcomed us really well and guided us about the local tourist spots, he was very friendly and well trained in front office skills. He ensured we had a comfortable stay in the hotel and went on extra mile to look after his guests. JASBEER, the Doorboy was very welcoming whenever we entered or left from the hotel. YOGESH and JAI PRAKASH from Food and Beverages Department ensured we had a piping hot cup of tea took care of our breakfast really well. YOGESH took care of restaurant and his guests really well. Third clas services from staff.. they don't even have the cold drinking water and room services are of no use. One of the worst experience one can have. Seems good from outside but inside experience was not good. Staff don't seems to bother about issues even after mentioning many times.

The hotel is located within the city in a very nice area. The ambience is pleasing and the staff is very helpful. There are plenty of food choices and the quality is very good.
