MANISH from Front office welcomed us really well and guided us about the local tourist spots, he was very friendly and well trained in front office skills. He ensured we had a comfortable stay in the hotel and went on extra mile to look after his guests. JASBEER, the Doorboy was very welcoming whenever we entered or left from the hotel. YOGESH and JAI PRAKASH from Food and Beverages Department ensured we had a piping hot cup of tea took care of our breakfast really well. YOGESH took care of restaurant and his guests really well. Third clas services from staff.. they don't even have the cold drinking water and room services are of no use. One of the worst experience one can have. Seems good from outside but inside experience was not good. Staff don't seems to bother about issues even after mentioning many times.

Extra bedding is too hard. Very uncomfortable. I talked to reception staff for soft bedding but reception staff refused. Room size is small for three people. There is no space in room after extra bedding. Location is good. Parking is good. Food is good.

Excellent facilities and very cooperative staff. Mr. Manish is always ready to help in best possible manner. Truly we get home feeling whenever we visit this hotel. Food quality and range of food is excellent. Location is easily accessible and is in the heart of city.

We stayed here for a night as Family in last week of April. Great easy to reach location, Situated in a complex with a mall and gave additional eating options for kids (McD). Nice and Clean well appointed rooms, Responsive Room service even when hotel was fully booked the night we stayed. Good spread of Continental breakfast buffet including North India, South Indian and Continental platter. Most importantly willingness to help with pretty much everyone we interacted. Brief interactions with Mr. Manish - ensuring that we are comfortable and have got everything to make our stay comfortable. Family was extremely Happy with everything during the stay, Would love to visit again. Highly Recommended.

The room service was good. Washrooms was very clean. A lot of varieties in breakfast including south indian , the food was so delicious specially puri cholle . The staff courtesy was really appreciable specially Mr. Manish , he was very helpful and kind behaviour. I can say best hotel in Kurukshetra. I didn't expect this kind of hotel in KKR. Fully recommend .

Excellent property with superb service, we stayed with our family first time here,. Very neat and clean room. Specially we mention very warm welcome by front office team. Mr. Shri and Manish very humble. Mr. Virender in restaurant is very good. We definitely come back I this property our next visit.
