酒店整體環境舒適, 房間環境十分乾淨. 早餐很好吃, 款式多樣, 材料新鮮. 能免費安排機場接送服務, 非常貼心

酒店的公區都是環境是很棒的，大廳還有星巴克。餐廳在二樓早餐是很棒的。當然餐廳的接待且服務也很棒酒店的游泳池在頂層無邊泳池的效果還能看到遠方的波斯灣還有泡熱水池風景和服務走不到你感覺到很舒服，推薦你過來。

服務很好，由於晚上的航班，酒店退房時間給到了16:00。酒店還提供了免費的車輛送機，估計應該也有免費接機的服務，可以提前聯繫酒店試試。

Nice hotel in a perfect location in Kuwait City. You can have a walk around the area which is amazing. Breakfast is nice and the lady in the restaurant makes the best omelette :). Staff are helpful and friendly. I believe they need to promote more their in hotel services.

Very excellent hotel in term of location and staff service. Staff are very friendly, room service excellent. In general the staff are very helpful doing their best for best of guests. It was my birthday and I was surprised by the staff of the hotel with lovely card

The hotel was good, rooms were very clean, bathroom was very clean, there was a study desk which was a great point. There were connections point on the wall, which made things very easy. The breakfast was waw , and ofcourse location is waaaaw .

I recently returned to the Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait City after four years, and it was a pleasure to see that all the qualities I appreciated during my regular business stays here years ago remain intact. This hotel was my top choice back then, and it remains an excellent option for business travelers visiting Kuwait City. The cleanliness and efficiency of the staff are as impressive as ever, and the rooms continue to be both comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal for many strategic places where to conduct business, and I was especially pleased to find that the business lounge remains a fantastic space to work or relax between meetings. The in-house dining options, whether for breakfast or other meals, are excellent – perfect for days when you don’t feel like heading out. After four years, I can confirm that the hotel has aged gracefully, with no noticeable signs of wear. My stay reaffirmed my positive opinion, and I am happy to recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a dependable business hotel in Kuwait City.
