Very good location near to kyoto station, shopping mall, 7-11 just in front, clean, good service!

This lovely hotel is walking distance to railway station and Kyoto tower. Level 10 free use of laundry facilities. Nice lobby, the room is clean with necessary cleaning amenities provided in the room, or you can take from the lobby.

Walkable distance to Kyoto station around 5 mins. Superb location with array of shopping malls. Free laundry (Wash and Dry) and distinguish to women n man. No free detergent. Indoor n outdoor public bath.

The location is very convenient, about 7 minutes walk from Kyoto Station.The service was very good- my baggage was carried to my hotel room by the bellboy.The hotel rrom was very clean and tidy. What was more amazing was that the hot spring pool could be used for free!

Very roomy and clean. The staffs are all very friendly and informative. Very affordable onsen hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I travel Kyoto again!

Very good location right beside kyoto station especially when arriving late at night. Good amenities and service at affordable prices. There’s even free washing machine and dryer but just have to bring your own detergent else there’s the option to purchase as well.

great location and spacious room with cleaning everyday, which is quite rare now in Japanese hotels. breakfast had a decent selection of Japanese and Western food, and even had an ice cream machine!

“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Kyoto Station. just a short walking distance from the station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation, dining, and sightseeing. The amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the free laundry room. The room was quite spacious for Japan, with a comfortable layout that made it easy to relax after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!”

Great location, 5 mins walk from Kyoto train station. There is a 7-11 just opposite the hotel which is very convenient.

Love this hotel very much. Room is pretty big for japan hotel standard. Comfy bed. Good location, near kyoto tower and station. Love the Onsen Public Bath too. 1 of our fav hotel in Japan. Will definetely choose this hotel again if we going kyoto.

Great stay at Ala hotel, read the past reviews from other travellers and they are really useful. Exit from Porta or hotel Granville Kyoto and walk towards APA hotel and this is just beside it. Onsen is really good, first night only three pax and second night has around ten pax, very quiet and relaxing. Outside area has TV and seats for us to chill too. room is new and clean, bath area slightly small. My room doesn’t face carpark instead faces another hotel. The amenities at level 1 are free to take and is very generous in the tea selections.

The breakfast is good, the room is clean and spacious, and staff can speak some English. The location is near to kyoto station and one of the metro line so we could easily travel to other parts of Kyoto such as Gion district. Overall it's a good experience and will want toncome back again
