Great venue, clean and accommodating with very friendly, welcoming and respectful staff. Couple of local bars to finish off the day 🍻

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I appreciated the room and its style, and the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and cordial. The hotel also features a laundry room and a nice lounge area where guests can relax or enjoy drinks. It's conveniently located close to the train station. I highly recommend it!

I had a great stay at Kansei Hachijo in Kyoto. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, making check-in and everything else smooth and pleasant. The service overall was excellent—everything felt thoughtful and well-managed. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to Kyoto Station, which made it super convenient for getting around the city or catching trains to other areas. No complaints at all. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Kyoto.

The hotel is very close to Kyoto station yet located in a peaceful area. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. I stayed with my wife and daughter and despite being small (normal for Japanese hotels) we still felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Good experience. Nice Staff. Nice and clean hotel. Sad didn't have breakfast or any foods. No restaurants surrounding. 7-11 was the saviour.

Все понравилось, все свежее и чистое. Чайный уголок с разнообразными пакетиками был очень кстати. И вид с пожарных лестниц хорош. Мог бы быть такой же из окна, но они открываются неполностью, только для проветривания

엄청 깨끗하고 직원 분들도 친절하시고 좋았습니다!! 다음에 교토에 가게 된다면 또 가고 싶은 숙소였습니다🥹 아로마 향기가 엄청 좋았고 혼자 지내기에 충분히 넓고 방도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

地理位置很不錯 因為臨近訂的 這裏已經很優選了 前台服務都很熱情 房間也ok 除了沒有牀頭櫃不方便放物品 要打掃衹要貼在門口就行 嚴格按照要求來處理 香薰機春季版 很好聞 空氣清新不少

麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。酒店應該是新裝修的，但是沒什麼特殊的氣味，房間雖小，不過整體佈局合理，住起來很舒服。唯一的不足就是無法打開窗户，看不到外面的天氣，有點不方便 附近有一家大的7-11，這個薯片很好吃！強推！

酒店離京都站步行可達，但我們有時也會乘一站公交車。大堂布置的潔凈又舒適，特別是門口右手邊就可以自助存放行李。房間雖小，但什麼都不缺，還有浴缸可以泡澡，這一點對於走了一天的人特別舒服，花灑水量很大，沖洗舒暢。衞生三天一打掃也沒什麼困擾，垃圾桶可以每天放在門外，回來就有更新。浴袍和鞋拔子是挺舒服的安排。

性價比非常高的酒店，位於京都站附近，購物吃飯也很方便。服務也很好，入住前退房後都可以免費寄存行李，酒店員工的英文都很好，溝通完全沒有問題。這次分開訂了兩間房，入住時特意安排在同一樓層，非常細心。

酒店距離京都站都有一段路程，附近就只有一間大的7-11，如果要食嘢買嘢就要到京都站先會有多些選擇，酒店很新，房間亦很大，是我在京都多次住宿最大的一間房間，訂房時只得雙床房，但我未到酒店check in時間已到了酒店一心打算先把行李寄存，酒店職員很好，先給我預辦登記入住，還將我的房間轉為雙人床房，仲比了一張清酒試飲劵我，她真是十分Nice，行李還可以寄存到我晚上入住時拿回上房間，為一美中不足就是從京都站到酒店要走一段較長的距離。
