MIMARU Kyoto Nijo Castle recensioner

Nice hotel to stay with family. Location is not perfect but walkable to Nishiki market, Pokémon Centre and Daimaru. We also able to find parking every night, so it’s not a bad idea to drive . But compare to Osaka branch, this one is a bit small and only got limited family rooms so we have to sleep on the futon bad for 4 nights which is not that comfortable. They only make up and change the bed sheet on the 4th and 7th night, this is the only thing that I have a little bit complaint. The cleaning part can be improved. Overall is a pleasant stay , staff are also nice . Will definitely choose Mimaru for my stay in Japan!

What a pleasant stay! MIMARU Nijo Castle was beyond perfect. Fully equipped, with all amenities, super clean and convenient to transportation. The washing machine and the fully equipped kitchenette made our stay convenient. However, it’s the staff that makes this place special! Mention of honor to Louis, who welcomed us with warmth and kindness. He allowed us to check in earlier, that felt like a treat! Once he discovered what kind of travelers we are, he prepared a list of places of interest, complete with pictures, information and QR codes. The rest of the staff also helped with information and taxi (thank you, Kevin!) Highly recommended!

Perfect spot in terms of location & clean room and beds! Front desk service was very prompt and helpful

Daily Housekeeping is only for clearing of trash and changing of towels. Cleaning of the floors and making of bed is only once every three days. Cooking utensils are all provided and very convenient. Hotel is quite a distance away from the subway station. However we drove, no parking available at the hotel so we had to park at nearby public carpark. Staff were nice and well mannered. Enjoyed the stay at Mimaru Nijo Castle! Just wished the complete housekeeping is made daily. Would love to come back to a nicely made bed while we’re on a holiday. But overall it was a pleasant stay!

Clean, Nice and cozy apartment hotel! The only cons is near the main road which can be a bit noisy.

It’s nice & convenient to have washing machine & dryer inside the room. Save a lot of time ! Will stay again.

I had a wonderful time with my family at Mimaru nijo castle. The best part of the hotel was the customer service. The staff went the extra mile to help us out and we were absolutely impressed by that. Special thanks to Zun at the front desk team. You made our family trip really special.

Room is comfortable. One thing bad is the heating water system is hard to understand for foreigner. I suggest to take a video to teach customers.

親子出行，必須找帶廚房和洗衣機的公寓酒店，美滿如家的房間佈局和大小超出我們想象，儘管在清潔方面還是比不了酒店，但基本滿足半個月小住的所有生活的需求。房間最多可以睡五個人，對帶兩娃或者帶長者出行的家庭特別友好。另外交通方面可以步行去二條城，附近有個老步行街完全是日本本地人的生活場域，不同於錦市場和新京極的熱鬧和價格貴，三條會步行街有很多傳統老店喝咖啡以及吃鰻魚飯，性價比非常高。

設施：齊全，冰箱，廚房，洗衣烘乾一體機 衞生：整體良好 環境：臨街，很安靜。樓下很多便利店，附近有個三條會，購物飲食很方便。 服務：很好。

網站圖片是實拍無疑了，一家老小五口人都可以住一間，有烘乾洗衣，有廚房鍋碗瓢盆，很方便，空間也不小，足夠用

酒店的位置很不錯，距離二條城、皇家御苑等景點都不遠。我們是二孩家庭，四個人，選擇他家就特合適，因為有床還有榻榻米，睡着一點都不擠！孩子特別喜歡，跳來跳去的，酒店出門右轉，走到第一個衚衕，就往裡走，很好逛，還有很多好吃的餐廳🍴酒店出門左轉大義家拉麪🍜也還不錯，酒店斜對面就是羅森，很方便。再來説説他家服務態度，員工態度都特別好！大家如果打車的話要注意，一定要説二條城店，不然這個連鎖酒店在京都有好幾家，司機可能帶你到別的分店，我們當時就給我們帶錯了地方。

번화가와는 조금 거리가 있어서 도보 혹은 대중교통 이용하기가 애매했음. 시설은 깨끗하고 청결했습니다. 직원들도 친절했고요. 미마루 오사카를 이용했던 터라 약간의 기대감이 있었으나, 그냥 쏘쏘... 걸어서 5분거리에 로손, 세븐일레븐 편의점이 크게 있어요.

全家出行住這種房間很好，在廚房可以做點自己喜歡吃的，房間設施挺新的，乾淨，樓下不遠處有便利店，不錯。
