Hotel M's Est Kyoto Station South

Location is close to subway . Easy access to bus terminal JR Shinkansen . Exit west and you can see ibis hotel is right behind it.

Great location with super friendly staff. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side but that's expected in Japan. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Loved the luggage storage option.

I would recommended this place! This is not the best hotel but it provided everything you need for a short stay in Kyoto. The location is great only 5 mins walk to the main Kyoto station and 2 mins walk to the nearest bus stop that can take you to the tourist spots, shopping and dinning area such as Kiyomisu-dera, Gion and Kawaramachi. The staff is nice and very welcoming guests. Amenties are well prepared at the couter area you can pick it up per your needed. Towel, bath amenties, pajamas and sleeper are provided at room. The bed is comfy. The clean service will provide at the 3rd day if you stay for long. Towel, pajamas and bin are change and clean everyday. The price is reasonable. No worry for food. There is a restaurant and convenient stores around in this area.

Close to major transportation. Clean and quiet. No complaints.

Practically it is a self-service hotel. However, the staff able to speak English and meet our request in changing our towels.

It was a comfy two nights stay at the hotel. It’s few minutes away from Kyoto Station, there’s restaurants and convenient shops nearby, and even coin laundry. Toothbrush, comb and others are provided downstairs, water bottles will be refilled and towels will be replaced daily.
