I like the hotel room; it’s fully equipped, nice, and clean. Unlike a typical hotel room, it feels more like an apartment, but it’s little quite small for four people. However, the check-in process was a bit inconvenient because it required too much information. Anyway, it’s okay, I really enjoyed staying there

This was a very comfortable place to stay at. Very spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). Complete with a small kitchen, washing machine and a place to dry your clothes in the toilet area. Because of this, it was really cosy to bathe in during winter as we could set it to be very warm. The place was clean. All the front desk staffs we encountered were helpful & friendly, helped us with storing our luggage when we arrived early & wanted to check out early as well. Location wise, it was slightly far from the city centre but there were two bus stations, one is right in front the hotel (this goes straight to places like Arashiyama). To the other bus station, it was around less than 10minutes walk. It’s also around 10-15min walk from major supermarkets & other convenience stores. I would highly recommend this hotel esp for families. Sorry we didn’t take any room photos tho to upload with this review.

hotel is far from attractions. to Jr train station at least 10 minute. but buses stop in front of hotel. you can take bus to a lot attraction. if rainy day, it's a challenge pulling your luggage to train station. the room for three people is small. hard to open 3 luggages. got washing machine but don't have dryer， room is clean. but don't like hotel the public area. carpet looks dirty.

Loved staying there! Clean room, friendly staff. Fresh furniture, nice colours. We’re getting late to the check in and the reception was supposed to be closing, however we contacted the hotel and they were nice enough to wait for us. Thank you so much,we were super worried and afraid to spend the night outside 😂

Excellent facility and location with all necessities for travel and touring. Close and convenient for all public commute. Amazing and a great bonus to have a mini kitchen even though we did not get an opportunity to use it. But definitely a place as a hub for a long term stay. Also a big surprise to have a washer. With the drying function within the bathroom, same like a dryer, we can wash and reuse our clothes during hot summer days. So convenient and comfortable! Like home!

A hotel a lil further from the city, but close enough to Nijo Castle with easy access to buses, stops were really close to the Studio. We enjoyed our stay there. There was a Second Street relatively close by (via bus) and a few grocery shops too which was quite convenient for us, even in the heat of a summer in Kyoto. The people at the counter changed almost everyday and they were mostly friendly. Thoroughly found the luggage service at Kyoto Station very convenient too, so we did not have to lug it around after checking out, before our train to the airport. Beds were large and room was relatively bigger than usual. though the sofa bed mattresses did not entirely seem to fit the frame and sunk in a little at some places. Very good value for money!

Everything inside with mini kitchen, washer, bathroom warmer and dryer. New and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Very convenience for all types of travellers, right at the bus station which can take to everywhere. Not a crowded and tourist location, hence, very quiet and not happening.

自助式酒店，總體來説還可以。基本看不到工作人員，上午清理房間的是外籍勞務人員。地理位置離地鐵站不遠不近。有電磁爐簡單料理，周邊有兩個生活超市。前後兩次（中間間隔4天）入住。同一房間第一次有鞋拔子，第二次沒有。

房間進去比預期的還要寬敞，可惜當時沒怎麼拍照片，因為還有其他旅行的地方就住了幾天沒好好體驗，總之目前這個價位的酒店真的很好，安靜衞生，下次赴日還會選擇這家的

可以微波食物又可以燒熱水房間非常的寬敞而且乾淨衛浴設備是乾溼分離，非常的好洗澡的空間非常的大 ，不會太狹隘!最重要還有洗衣機方便旅行的人更換衣物服務的很好貼心的準備各項的東西下次來還要來住

酒店真是性價比超高，雖然離地鐵站有點距離，但是可以坐公交車，當然關鍵是可做飯！適合愛做飯的情侶、一家子。他家馬路對面有一家本地牛肉店，步行2分鐘還有超市，購物十分方便。 這個酒店就是沒有碗、沒有油、沒有調料，有需要的話提前備好哦，比如油可以跟賣肉的店家要一塊牛油～碗和調料在超市可以買好～

這個地方就是搭公共汽車比較方便，門口就是。離圓町jr站要步行10-15分鐘。天氣好的時候完全OK，但是趕上這幾天超級熱，有些累，房屋設施齊全，看着很乾凈，講真我一進門是驚喜的，二百多訂到這個房間，還要什麼自行車啊，但是住到第三天我晚上突然看見有一個油亮亮的蟑螂，很大，南方的那種，那時我是崩潰的，後來在我要捨命抓它的時候，它跑了，我再也沒看見它。服務總體不錯，就是打掃衞生的男子很早敲門，而且敲了好幾次
