Selected Room: Harmony Suite A very clean and spacious room with a distinctive layout that boasts ample living space for a couple or family with small children. The big bathtub and plenty of natural light coming from the large windows were the major highlights of the room. Location: Prime location. Situated right next to Kyoto Station, it is a 1-minute walk from the hotel to the station. Staff: All staff members were very hospitable and gave you the best support they could when attending to requests. Gajamer was amazing! He helped us check-in and was very professional and polite in any possible way. Meals: We did not select any meal plans for this stay. Overall experience: A very pleasant stay, with all expectations met as shown in the photos and descriptions. Strongly recommended.

Really good location, service and room was spacious and fantastic . TVs were abit outdated though as there was no app/netflix access.

Great location very convenient just beside JR Kyoto station. Very nice design and very clean rooms. Room size is very spacious. Would love to stay in this hotel again.

Hotel was super nice! I loved almost everything. The room was very big for Japanese standards and the staff was very professional and fluent in English. Location couldn’t be better, right next to Kyoto Station and a lot of options for shopping and dining. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. They divide it in a western and japanese breakfast. But the western breakfast didn’t really have much western choices. And the coffee was not good. This could be improved. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and I would recommend it. :-)

Thanks for the hotel room decoration arrangement, make a very good surprise to my couple. Also the advice from the hotel service about the food and beverage are really good. The staff are really nice and helpful. Location is the best. Highly recommend

The best hotel we have stayed in Japan so far. The staff are the best! Super friendly, english is very good. Easy access to Kyoto station. Nothing to complain.

The service at this hotel is famous: everyone seems happy to see you. The location is also very good, close to the station but not so close as to feel busy. But what I really liked was the breakfast, which I found exquisite. I definitely recommend this hotel.
