Good for live experience and very close to Kyoto station (2 mins by walk) and the hotel is clear and convenient! Will visit this hotel very soon when next time come back to Kyoto.

Very near to Kyoto Station hardly 100meter. Hotel integrated with a 7 eleven. From hotel entrance. Make two right turn to Kyoto Station. And make one left turn follow by a right turn for Don Quijote( Don don donki) Super convenient. And there's also a AEON mall 150meter away

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The surrounding streets were very clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment. There’s a convenience store right downstairs, which made it super convenient to grab anything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and overall convenience!

Stayed at an average hotel with minimal service. The room was generally clean, meeting basic expectations. The staff was polite but not particularly attentive or proactive. Limited amenities and services make it suitable for short stays or budget travelers seeking simplicity. Don’t expect anything beyond the essentials.

Good location and modern. 7-11 store is linked to the hotel lobby and there is security as hotel guests have to tap the room card to exit 7-11 to enter the lobby. Easy check-in as there are many staff at the check-in counters. Checking-out is a breeze as guests are able to do it by yourself at the machines. Will definitely return when in Kyoto :)

Great location, just 5 minutes from Kyoto Station. However, the service is just average and the Wifi connection is a bit unstable (and you have to connect through the in-room TV). Check-out time is at 10am, earlier than most hotels in Japan.

In this hotel you have to do everything by yourself there is the check in/out in computer stations you need to pick up the iron, or an extra pillow your tea or coffee at the lobby. The lobby is always crowded becauseso close to the station which makes it so convinient. The rooms are super small. The only reason why this hotel is worth it is the proximity to the station and direct access to a 7/11

Good location just cross the street from the Kyoto station. 7-eleven is accessible from the hotel entrance. Very convenient, especially on a rainy or a chilly day. Deluxe room and Superior rooms are spacious with a roomy and a decent bathroom. The bathroom of the double room is much smaller and less decent.

Super location just opposite JR Kyoto station, with a convenient store in the hotel, washer available on 2/f 3/f 4/f, and you can watch live availability on hotel TV, then you need not rush up & down between floors, also lockers available
