very close to the subway station, breakfast in the hot spring are both awesome. Double bed setting a very friendly to family trip with children. More importantly they don't charge extra for children sleeping with parents, why you only need to pay 1,000 yen for each children's breakfast, overall speaking, great experience in Kyoto.

Free flow drinks every night at hotel lobby & board games provided to play as well. Hotel Location is a gem, super close to MRT exit and walkable distance to bus stop going to shopping area. There are fast food restaurants, convenient store around the hotel.

Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choices. Parking available at hotel. Bicycle rental and welcome drinks are definitely plus point of this hotel. Strongly recommended.

what an amazing experience, i am so happy with the service, i am looking forward to come bake one day. i completely recommend this place, it has coin laundry, foot massage, microwave and bath! at the 2nd floor. you can left your luggage early and even get it later than checkout (no cost) i love this hotel!

A nice hotel in general, there is no view from the window and the rooms are of course small, but there is free coffee and tea so this is a nice option

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a public bath, everything you need (refrigerator, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, etc.), very convenient location, near several subway stations and Kyoto station, shops and cafes, walking distance to Gion district. We used the public bath several times and were very satisfied. There are free drinks for everyone since 2 p.m. It is possible to leave things before check-in and after check-out. Great hotel for a good price

Very good location. However, the room was not cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Free drinks and toiletries are available downstairs, and you can take them as needed.

This hotel is exceeding our expectations，highly recommend for everyone，it makes us feel comfortable，welcome，easy to stay and good location。 The best thing is the free Welcome Drink between 2-11pm，with the large sitting area that is part of the restaurant for breakfast service。 The Spa is easy and nice to use。 Breakfast is nice to have。 If you regist for member，you can get free gift that is very useful。

We love this hotel, esp the common area where we could hang out and enjoy free drinks all day. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choices (incl unagi!). Room is very clean, well designed, with enough space for luggage. Good location js right next to gojo station and there"s many shops and eateries nearby. We rented bikes (hello cycle) to go around Kyoto at night, it was fun and truly an enjoyable experience staying at Bessel Inn.

The hotel was clean and great value for money. There was a free diy fairy-floss machine in the lobby one evening and the kids loved it. We needed to forward our luggages to the next hotel and the front desk was very efficient in helping get it done. Overall a great stay, even though it was a little further from the main Shinkansen station.

It’s a great trip! I’m pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality of the hotel. The only downside is that my room had a small window that faced nowhere. But considering the price I paid, it’s still okay. Definitely recommend it!

Good service and nice staff. There are some public bus stops nearby the hotel. Good location for traveling around. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Giving me a great and memorable trip, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
