They got One elevator only . It came few times and I couldn't get in because many people are in it .  Tiny rooms and toilets ..  The hotel is made to sleep and leave the next day.  Check out was at 10 am ? Weird.

I stay in this hotel for 4nights with friends. The room is clean but a little bit too small.

Please change night dress material it’s too itchy . Breakfast servicing method is too bad ,clients don’t know what options are available.

I had good experience staying here unlike many poor reviews on google map. Am I lucky? The single room seems like recently renovated. Bed is ok. Shower room is clean. Nothing to complaint.

Room is small but has all you need for a comfortable stay. Simple check in and check out process. Free curry rice every evening for guests.

Friendly staff and value for money. Room is okay. Breakfast is simple but freshly made, tasty and cheap. Free curry and rice 18-20 PM. Although there is a busstop directly in front of the hotel I found its location less practical. Supermarket nearby like anywhere else in Japan. There is a small very old shrine in the alley behind the hotel.

The hotel was was very clean and hotel provide nice amenities. The location was quite close to a lot of things Especially if your using Uber.

Very small room so hard to have two people and luggage in there, but very comfortable and great location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with how tidy and hygienic my room was. The location of this hotel is also a huge plus. It’s located near Nijojo-mae Station and Horikawa Oike bus stop right next to the hotel which makes it easy to travel around including former Imperial Villa Nijo Castle. Besides the hotel receptionist was very helpful and speak English. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay in Kyoto.

Very pleased with my stay. Hotel is in a great location, cheap parking right next door. Make sure you book the room with a shower inside the room so you don’t have to use the communal bathroom.
