The room is quite big in Japan, with washing machine and microwave, which is very convenient. But the room is a bit dusty. Everything else is good. Parking is also very convenient.

Excellent choice on a budget! This boutique hotel is neat. Room has everything you need. Location is 14 mins by car from Kiyomizu-dera. Great value and comfortable stay.

Simply amazing only 8-10mins away from Jujo station! Room is clean and big enough for three people! Definitely worth for quality along with what you paid! Also free amazing coffee at the lobby. In the bathroom has washing machine as well! Enjoy

Location was not so convenient, otherwise the facility was very good.

You will spend ¥460 bus fare daily to and from Kyoto Station. It is too far to walk especially if you are after the train schedules since the bus does not come too often. Spend the extra yen for the hotel that is just across the street from Kyoto station. I assure you, you will regret trading hotel room space for ease of travel. No amenities except free coffee at the lobby. Plus you pay extra ¥200 per person per day aside from what you paid ******* or *********. if you speak Japanese or Chinese then they will be of help but very limited English and not too accomodating assisting you with travel questions.

Very good for visitors that drive, but if you are relying on public transit then it is not that convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable. The level of cleaning needs to be improved but acceptable.

特別特別特別特別好的酒店！ 設施完備，地理位置方便，周圍也非常安靜。 房間很大很舒適，沒想到居然還有廚房洗衣機，特別驚喜。 停車記得提前預約！1000日元一晚。

離稻荷神社很近，方便夜爬，去坐地鐵路程大概10分鐘腳程。一樓有小院子晾曬衣服，房間算是很大了，浴室乾濕分離。有小冰箱，微波爐，酒店離711二百米。整體很方便。適合淡季出遊長期旅居選擇！
