M’s Hotel Sanjo Wakoku recensioner

Cleaniness: dusty everywhere in the room. Top of bedhead, on the bed light, all around the TV, top of fridge, on the safe. Location: very good. 5 min walk from Sanjo subway which also gives you access to keihan train line (for Inari Shrine or Uji). Easy bus to Kiyomizu Service: front desk not manned most of the day. No assistance for luggage forwarding (even when desk is manned) Amenities: only 2 washing machines for the approx 50 rooms in the hotel - not enough. Especially since the 90min wash + dryer function did not dry properly and so we had to wait multiple times for people to redry their clothes in the machine. Not enough hooks inside the room. Pls put them everywhere as it helps with small rooms. And bigger table.

The room was small. The window was locked and not well ventillated. The hotel have certain date and time for housekeeping.

Good hotel in the center of Kyoto. By Japanese standards the room is spacious, but the windows cannot be opened so it was a little bit stuffy. Very clean, good interior, fast service.

Place was very nice and extremely quiet. Good luggage storage

Small hotel located close to the metro station. I found very interesting the room key which is a number to put in the keyboard instead of a card that is more traditional for hotels. Also the main door is opened by a code.

The hotel is pleasant, with a straightforward check-in process. Guests can easily check in using a self-service machine and receive a code for entry. However, the location is slightly secluded.

This place is great. Good location, near family mart and convenience store also train stations about 5 min. Walk. The room is clean and very spacious with great amenities, there is also a smoking and laundry room. Self check in and out, usually there is no staff at the front desk, you can call them thru their landline. Free luggage storage also

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! Super clean, easy to check in and out. The rooms are very small but that goes for everywhere! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again 😁

Check in was easy as all the instructions have been provided in the email. Easy access to train station and near to convenience store. Enjoyed our stay here!

Excellent price and location. Front desk does not speak English but the multi-lingual tablet was helpful. Passcode to room and building are provided. Overall a great experience even though the room was small.

Good position. Very cleaned. It has everything you need. Even a laundry room.
