The place has an excelente location, easy to get there. The room was cleaned and organized. However, there is no person at the front desk to ask questions or ask for help. The code for entering to the room was sent by SMS, but since we were traveling the service for SMS of our phone company does not work outside our country, so we did not receive the message since we were traveling. They do not have an e-mail address, so the check in instructions could not be send there. When we arrived to the place was late and we found the front desk empty even though we still arrived in the front desk service hours. We had a hard time contacting the hotel but luckily could get some help in calling the administration to get our room number and the code.

when we checked in the door was locked and we had to call the CS to get the code to open the door which they should have given before the check-in. Key box was located not in the usual place and there was a lot of confusion. We went out and came in the night and found the door locked and the keycode not working. wasted another international call to CS to check and instructions not helpful at all. had to force open the door . Horrible experience There was a huge cockroach in the elevator We paid for 4 person room and only 2 towels given . Had to go in the night and look in their storage for towels wont recommend this place at all

Great location very close to gojo station. The room atmosphere is quite nice. It is a self check in place which was kind of confusing but not bad.

Will come again

房間比我預期想象的要乾淨收納也很整潔，辦理入住很快，對華人非常友好。房間風格很有日式風格。樓下就是商業街很繁華

Плюсы: расположение, большие номера, понятная система заселения. Не верьте тем, кто пишет, что сложно зайти в отель. В 10 утра в день заселения на почту приходит ПОДРОБНАЯ инструкция, с кодом от входной двери и с кодом от номера, для получения карт-ключей. Завтраков в отеле нет. Минусы: очень грязно, мало света, нет уборки номеров, нет воды в номере

梅雨時の閑散期で安くて良かったし施設も綺麗で良かったです ひとつ問題があると思いました メールなどで事前にセキュリティナンバーなどの知らせがなく、当日無人のフロントから電話して聞きました、おそらくおとなの事情とは思いますが せめて先にメールで知らせるべきだと私は思います 記録にも残るし、ましてチェックイン方法は後日知らせると書いてありました 私は無人で経費節約に反対ではありません しかしトリップさんもこのシステム知りませんでした 改善の余地が必要と私は思います

根據電郵訊息自助入住，沒有前台服務員。房間大、較舒適、有旅遊資訊提供。但沒有微波爐洗衣機等方便客人的配置。建議入住前先查詢是否有收到電郵通知，如果沒有即時聯繫客服解決。
