It's a really small and cozy hotel. I highly recommend this one. It's also central by being in a quiet environment. I stood in front of it, and couldn't see it because it blended in so well. 😆

Very nice and modern hotel. It’s near to one bus stop and the next subway station is around a 8 minute walking distance away. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. I would definitely stay here again! The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, that you can use for free. Also a vending machine, if you want to get a soda or anything. But the hotel provides water and the water from the sink is also drinkable. The only downside is that you can easily hear people in the hallway, especially if you are on the ground floor where the lobby is.

The location is nice next to many places for some sightseeing but a bit far convenience store or station as such. Great room, feel nice, and clean. Overall really good.

Hard to find so spacious hotel room in Kyoto. Very nice and tidy with designer taste. Free good coffee and laundry 👍👍👍👍. Will definitely come back to this hotel in future trip.

모든 사이트를 통털어 후기나 덧글을 10번이하로 써본 사람 입니다만 가성비 끝판왕!! 저같은 절약여행자에게 도움 드리고싶어 작성합니다. 100% 내돈내산~ 우선, 모든것이 다 새것입니다. 어메니티 및 작은 소품들까지 센스…물잔은 프랑스산이더군요. 사진을 못찍어 아쉽…동영상 못올리는거 아쉽… 뷰나 그런건 아쉬울 수 있습니다. 하지만 중정 못지않은 이끼뷰 주인분이 이끼를 엄청 애정 하시는거같아요^^ 정서상 조금 기괴할수있지만 전 예술작품 보는거같았습니다. 위치…기온에서 버스5장거장 택시로 만원정도 저는 교토 1일패스가 있어서 위치도 아쉽지 않았습니다. 실제 여자 걸음으로 산주산겐도 도보3분 교토타워 도보 15분 기요미즈데라 도보 20분 안쪽 저는 걷는 걸 좋아하는편이라…^^ 위치,청결도,신식 짐보관서비스, 친절한 외국인 직원분들 최대한 마주치지않게 하지만 세심히 서비스해주셔서 감사했습니다. 후기를 쓰다보니 너무 유명해져서 사람이 분비면 다음 방문때 예약도 힘들고 망가져있을까봐 걱정되지만 제가 숙소를 결정할때 후기들이 너무 없어서 고민한 한 시간들이 아까웠기때문에 남겨봅니다…많은 젊은 여행객들에게 도움이 되기를…교토를 사랑하는 한사람으로써~!!

房間挺大，設施很新，入住和退房都可以自助，但每天晚上接待人員都會在前台，很熱情。離店前一晚洗了衣服太累忘了拿出來，工作人員還幫烘乾放在洗衣機上。非常不錯的酒店👍

역에서 거리는 조금 멀었지만 (도보 20분정도 소요) 산책삼아 다니기에 나쁘지 않았고 혼자 다니기에 저녁에는 조금 무서울 수 있겠네요. 호텔을 청결 우선으로 찾은만큼 후회없이 깨끗하고 비교적 공간이 넓어 만족도 아주 좋았어요.

很有簡約氛圍感的裝修佈置，比起其他酒店來説房間真的很大，還有個小花園。周圍是居民區，很安靜。下次來京都還會考慮

교토역에서 버스나 지하철로 가기 애매한 위치이긴 하지만 호텔 자체는 굉장히 한적한 곳에 있습니다. 개인적으로 호텔 내부 디자인이나 시설 그런 부분들은 정말 만족했습니다. 호텔 접근성에서 택시 이용을 하는 부분이 부담이 없다면, 무조건 추전드리는 호텔입니다.

房間衞生挺好的，吹風機卸粧水水乳東西都很全。11點以後到辦入住遇到問題打前台電話也解決。離清水寺走路20分鐘。床品相對沒那麼好，但價格也不貴性價比蠻高的。

這個酒店是在住宅區和寺廟附近，非常寧靜， 附近有很多停車場可以停泊，泊一天 24小時才是600 yen，非常之抵， 去商業街嗰邊可以搭巴士過去
