The hotel is very new and clean. The room is new and clean too. Other hotel guests are quite decent. The location is near the subway. And many good restaurants around the hotel. Highly recommended for solo traveler or on budget. Will definitely book again

Good, quiet locality, few min walk from the bus stop, metro and Nishiki market. Lots of dining options available close by.

Conveniently located within walking distance to the Karasuma and Tozai subway lines, this hotel provides easy access to local attractions like Nishiki market and Gion. Daily room cleaning service, and amenities like laundry and luggage storage are available.

Location: located very near to a few tourist spots and near metro and of course, a 24/7 supermarket when you can get most of your groceries and fresh bento. Service: Staff are friendly and polite. They immediately take action after we told them that the bedsheet got unpleasant smell. Amenities: The hotel has most of the amenities. The only drawback is that there is only one microwave and it’s located in the lobby. So I need to travel all the way down to reheat my pancakes/bentos. Price: Not too bad as I booked the room half a year ago. Summary: Will definitely stay here again if I am coming back to Kyoto. ☺️

Very comfortable and clean room, with all amenities needed for a traveler. Staff was helpful, there's a nice restaurant with authentic Japanese.

The location is close to Karasuma Oike subway station. Many places for food (e.g. Yayoi) and grocery nearby. The hotel facilities are complete and clean except for minor areas with visible dust in the bath room.

Very nice staffs and location is good, I feel secure while staying at lady floor as I’m solo traveller.

Easily accessible and close to subway station. Perfect for female solo travellers as they have a dedicated level for female-only. There is also a restaurant on level 1 for quick fix before you start the day or if you want something simple for dinner.

The room we stayed in is very tidy and clean. Reception staff were very friendly and professional. The location of this hotel is close to the market (~8 min walking distance). Highly recommended for those who stay in Kyoto for short period of time.

Excellent 🤩 Location was great and perfect,can walk to many places. From Kyoto station to karasuma oike only 3 stations and exit to No 1 go straight about 3 minutes will reach. Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Easy to locate, feels new and very convenient location to boot. Room layout was efficient for us with sufficient space to unpack luggage for 2 people. Service was impeccable. There is a fast food restaurant that serves decent affordable beef bowl for the price in the same building as the hotel.

Most of the amenities can get at the lobby. You need what just take what. Laundry room with 2 machines provided which is good the only downside is the guests who use it just leave the clothes there, and staff are unable to open them cause it’s password locked by the guest who use it. There’s a matsuya that sells food which is actually good! Affordable prices. Room is clean. Very feasible for solo travelers!
