The breakfast is good and change the items everyday. Next to the Kyoto station, very convenient.

I am very impressive this hotel as my first times aboard in japan ,staffs actually good service at all. In the hotel very clean and quiet also near the kyoto train station. Next times when i go kyoto i will booking again for sure❤️

I really enjoy staying at here. The location is perfect. The staffs are really helpful. If I have a chance revisiting Kyoto again, no doubt that i prefer to book at Sotetsu Fresa again.

The hotel is near the station, and it is easy to take the tram and bus from there. Nice room and comfortable bed. There is a Lawson below where you can buy snacks and drinks.

The location of the hotel is good, just around 5-8 mins walk from the JR station. It’s still easy even if you are taking 2 big luggages. It is convenient that there are a few convenient stores nearby. We can buy food and drinks easily. The room is not really big for opening the luggages but it is still comfortable.

Booked the connecting rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids, rooms were small but had everything we needed. Amenities is self service at the lobby area. Breakfast was great too, limited choices but was quite tasty and they change the menu everyday but may get super crowded during peak hours ard 8-9am. Staff could'nt really converse well in English, but they used to translator app to communicate so we had no issues checking in. Location wise is pretty good too, just a short 5 mins walk to Kyoto train station. For the price paid, it's definitely worth it for a big family group! :)

location is good, near subway station, below there’s a lawson. staff were all friendly and helpful. 1 thing that is a pity is there’s only 2 laundry machine and you have to plan your time if you would like to get your clothings dry. the machine are v good, you do not need any detergent and they are 2 in 1 washing + drying and the clothes really clean and hot. breakfast was provided and they were simple and nice. will book again if i were to travel to kyoto.
