The Royal Park Canvas Kyoto Nijo

Good place to live in. There are any foreigners in this hotel, the facilities are gentle with public bathroom. The room is spacious and we can open our luggage. The breakfast seemed not attractive and we did not try it. The lobby is spacious too and many table games for you yo play with.

Nice view. Great location next to the train stations and bus stops. Very clean room. Helpful staffs. They have skin care set you can ask for. We had an enjoyable stay.

The location is very convenient, just opposite the jr nijo & railway station. And there is also convenient store and mall beside it. The lobby is nice.

We had a wonderful stay here in The Royal Park Canvas Kyoto Nijo. It was easily accessible to the station and a lovely neighbourhood to be around. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we could easily navigate this area with bikes too. I would recommend as they are value for money too!

4star with hostel level, incredibly overpriced. Picked myself a deluxe twin hoping to get a little more space, but the room was way too ascetically equipped. Entryway with no bench to put on shoes, no closet for your things. Need to get into bed to switch off the lights in the hall . Towels are under the counter at the room, nothing close to the bathroom. Have to pick up your water, slippers and toiletries from reception downstairs. Randomly untidy - like greasy sticky light switches, smelly pajamas, stains on bedsheets, stains of leakage under coffee machines. Plastic cutlery at the restaurant is simply unhygienic, breakfast options are quite so so. At least was very well soundproofed. Self check-in and check-out instantly downgrade experience. Staff is super sweet though, and location is great. Would be super frustrated if it was my only stay in Kyoto

The hotel facilities, staff, and location were perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was excellent.

Great hotel, friendly staff, perfect location; just off train station... and quiet, too! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you! The picture shows the hotel from the platform of the train station. Tozai Line platforms 1 and 2.

Amazing hotel with affordable price, delicious breakfast and perfect location. We spend 5 gorgeous days in this hotel. The staff was really polite and helpful. There are some nice places around such as walking shopping street with incredible brûlée donuts, ramen just 2 min walk . Subway line just in front of the hotel Thanks for the great time 🩷

Really good place to stay in, free drinks skincare etc. good location, clean
