The suite was unbelievably beautiful! However, I don’t think the hotel caters for solo travelers, they seemed odd when I told them that I booked just for myself and often made remarks in Japanese to their colleagues. The hot springs are tattoo friendly which was great! Definitely recommend but not for solo travelers.

Incredibly cool experience! I slept in a traditional recan, wore a yukata and went to hot springs. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in the center of Kyoto. The hotel staff are very kind and always helped me.

Traditional Japanese rooms with Tatmi mattresses. The room was very large with big space and a small indoor porch to sit. It also had floor tables and chairs. It has both inside and outside onsens, 2 for each gender.

I think it is the best place to get an experience in ryokan and onsen. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only one thing that I was disappointed with is that onsen closes at 9.00 in the morning while checking out is at 10.00.

Stay 1 night. The ryokan is located within less than 10 mins walking distance to the subway. It has a peaceful and calm ambience. Staff was friendly and welcoming when we stepped in. There are 2 wings (North and South). Public bath are located at 2 locations (basement and 2nd floor). Room is spacious in Japanese tatami style. All bed and blanket are keep in cupboard. When you out, they will help you setup the bed. Breakfast was sumptuous and fulfilling too. Overall experience is great!

服務台的酒店員工主動友善，英文也說得相當好，有耐心解釋各樣設施。我們早上先寄存行李，下午辦入住時店家已經把行李送到房間內。房間內物件相當整齊，TATAMI也比較完好。房間很大住8個成人都可以。小浴場一半露天一半室內的，我們在關閉前一個多小時進入，幾乎沒有人。至於餐膳，酒店提供的是傳統日餐，每天餐品都不同。因為外頭早開的餐廳不多而且也全都是快餐麵包等西式早餐，所以店家提供的和式早餐是比較推薦的。晚餐的話食材相當豐富也提供相對的高級料理。不過為店家有固定的吃飯時間(8點前能回到酒店) ，加上附近也有商店街也有不少的餐廳(桂市場) ，行程、食物方面比較難配合就不要訂夕食。

這家酒店非常好。京都人民很熱情，非常非常好👍 對於孩子們來説早餐可能不會習慣。 典型的日本和風酒店，每個房間都有自己的一個名字。我住的是6樓的月波樓。 上午十一點多，從三井花園酒店別邸那邊退房之後走路步行過來也就不到五分鐘。 行李寄存了八件，晚上五點才回來，行李都放到房間了，然後帶我們上去，詳細的講解。 很感謝每一位服務人員。 如果能再有一間桑拿房的話就好了。

環境優美，有專門的酒店專屬小景，房間寬敞特色，服務非常友善，温泉人少整潔，還有多款可泡。 周邊：旁邊就有blue bottle，走幾步就到柯南景點六角堂。

酒店旁邊就是一家blue bottle，樓可以堂食，酒店南北兩棟樓，温泉在三樓和B1，但比較小，有點像澡堂子，户外温泉沒去體驗，客人不多，晚餐和早餐一般，畢竟不是很習慣，整體來説很ok，酒店工作人員也很熱情

酒店地點非常好，走到地鐵站同大型購物中心只需10分鐘，設施比較陳舊，不過有三個浴場其中露天那個很讚比較新淨和光猛，員工都非常有禮。

洛中の絶好のロケーション。 設備がやや古いのが気になるが、丁寧に改装している様子が窺える。 楽しい思い出が作れました。
