Overall is good for family as the room comes with 3 beds and space is big enough for luggages too. Location is fine, need to walk 8-10 minutes to subways.

I booked 3 beds room, size is ok And hotel will off the air-con cold mode when the weather temperature drop, it is controlling by the aircon central system, so we only can open the window.

[PRO] Good location! - walk distance to subway stations and bus stop / near Kawaramachi and next to 2 supermarkets, very convenient during the stays [CONS] AC system is controlled by main controller guest can not adjust to their preferred temp, TV is outdate - NO smart tv need a huge update on this

It’s a good walk down the road from the subway station but handy for the number 12 bus to the main tourist attractions. Rooms were basic and a bit old fashioned , window view was a brick wall! Check in staff were friendly and their English was good.We only stayed 1 night

An excellent location with subway and bus station nearby. 2 supermarkets on the left and right. We are able to access to all the shrines and tourist area. So convenient. Hotel is very clean and helpful. Highly recommended to all. It has a buffet breakfast too.

This has to be my favourite hotel chain as they were most helpful, stored our luggage on our last day after check out, had many freebies, great breakfast and was close to the train and bus stations as well as Nishiki Market! Forgot my newly purchased shirt and they were shipped it to my next MyStays hotel right away! Room was very clean and spacious.

Nice location but a little out of the way. Easy to walk to a subway so if you don’t mind walking it is a good place for you.

Far from subway station but bus station is just across the street. Good, big room big bathtub. The biggest hotel we have stayed through Kyoto and Osaka. Just the lobby located at 2nd floor. Ice maker and free drinks available. Good. Better stay another area if u want shopping, quite far to walk
