Top notch experience for my first time staying in Kyoto. This was also the biggest room hotel room I’ve stayed at in Japan. Tasting the top sakes of the country was a world class experience. I can’t wait to stay again.

The hotel is nice and new. Service and location are good. However there is a bad smell in the toilet.

I booked a superior double room, its very spacious and with a full sized bathtub. I enjoyed my bath after a long tiring day of your sightseeing. As it's a double room, I got 4 pillows! I was provided a crisp yukata. The receptionists are very polite and helpful.

A very nice stay at Park Hotel Kyoto. Easily accessible through subway and lots of convenience stores nearby. Minus side is there's additional city tax that we should pay on top of the hotel rates.

Though the room booking info on Ctrip is wrong, the super friendly staff at Park Hotel has assisted us to minimize the hassle and at the end it’s a perfect stay. Even our kids have great acclaims about the staff service :)

Really nice rooms, very big for Japan. It's a bit far from the busy part of Kyoto but only 4 minutes walk to the metro line. Breakfast was small. The desk staff were pleasant. There is a bike rental shop close by.

The location was really great, 3 min walk from Karasuma Oike station. Only downside was that there isn’t any elevator nor escalator for the exit nearest to the hotel so we had to lug our luggages up a flight of stairs. Room was cosy and well equipped. Bed and pillows were really comfortable too! Had a pleasant stay!
