Didn't get iron board or steamer when requested one. That thing is not in the room. Apparently they have it somewhere, but for some reason it was not available for us. Bars and restaurants closes earler for entrance than it is stated on the fliers/leaflets. No gym. Restaurants are super expensive without a reason. There was an odor from bathroom sink for a few days.

The room really clean and it was really a great stay. The hotel also have free shuttle from/to hotel to the nearest station.

Very nice and quite comfy with beautiful rooms. We had a spacious executive room, with all comfort and amenities. The hotel also has rental bicycles and a shuttle minibus to the city center. Our stay was really good there, will book again! I

It's an impressive hotel! Attentive service staff who can speak fluent English are always ready to assist in any way. Partager room is large and comfy with all the necessities provided including a capsule coffee machine and tea set. There are also multiple restaurants to choose from in the hotel varying in cuisines, however, some do require a day reservation in advance, or you can opt for the room service if you are feeling cosy for the day. They also provide a shuttle bus service to Karasuma Oike station on a schedule (about twice every hour) and the journey takes around 7 minutes. Really pleased with the experienced, will definitely book again whenever I am back in Kyoto!

We had such a lovely stay here! Staffs are extremely friendly and the room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable!

Looks like a 5 star hotel. There's a choice of either Japanese or American breakfast. Overall services is awesome, suitable for family stay in a single room. Only setback is that car park is chargable ¥1500 per day for hotel guest.

Excellent Hotel!

偽五星酒店！最多3-4星的標準！1、早餐很難吃，種類非常少，服務態度差，4歲及以上小孩吃還要額外收費。早餐也就是2-3星的快捷酒店早餐的品質，難吃得要死，種類少得可憐，還有臉收小孩費用，大阪W酒店這種高端五星酒店早餐都不收取小孩費用！2、房間空高衹有2米的樣子，在房間裏很壓抑，並且天花板蓋子還是打開的，感覺還有人會爬進來 ，可以看圖片。3、隔音效果差，在房間內一直都聽得到樓上走路的聲音。 4、房間設施老舊，空調衹能開3個檔位，不開又冷，開了又熱，調節不到合適的温度。5、洗浴間的沐浴露、洗髮液是共用的大瓶裝的，蓋子可以打開，上一個人就算在裡麪吐了口水下一個人用也不會被發現。 這酒店就是一個接待旅行大巴團的酒店，還3000一晚上，不值得！就是國內300-500的酒店的水平，被這個酒店的評價騙了，這是我們這次日本之行最差的酒店！

アクセスが悪いのが難ですが、総じては満足です。 部屋の仕切りの引き戸の取手部分に指紋が付いており、掃除が徹底されていないのが気になりました。 朝粥の和朝食は美味しかったです(*^^*)

宿泊するのは5回目ですが、毎回とても満足しています。ホスピタリティは最高で、英語や中国語も通じます。このホテルはとにかく食事が美味しくて、しかし高すぎるということはありません。シャトルバスの本数も多く、近くには御所もあるので観光にも困りません。素晴らしいです！
