Very clean and comfortable rooms. English ✅ Staff are great and friendly

My original room had issues with toilet and they offered me a superior one with much apologies. They addressed all requests in less than 5 min

The rooms were excellent, but there were not enough amenities provided.

Stayed in this hotel once, like the breakfast so much thus introduce my friend to book this hotel for her business. Very great location, just next to Kyoto station.

Wonderfully situated hotel. Extremely convenient and easy fm Kyoto station. Bus stops to all the famous spots.

Perfect location. 2 min walk to Kyoto station. However if you are traveling in 2 large  luggage with your spouse, you will really have to struggle for space.

Rooms are very very small , i need to pay for extra room fee for bigger room. Tv is very old and no any channel on Tv, internet is slow. I am not satisfied and not choose this hotel again.

Location is ideally situated beside the JR Station. We bought the Haruka Express Ticket and went down Kyoto Station. Hotel interior is bigger than most Japanese hotels. Even the rest room is bigger. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices. Super worth it. The Kyoto Tower is right beside the hotel. There are nearby malls also. Hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is a 3 minutes walk from the Kyoto station. A lot of shops restaurants and bars are in walking distance. The staff is very friendly. I recommend the breakfast  buffet. 

Very attentive and helpful stuff. The room were super clean and had a very good view of Kyoto Station railway lines. Location was very ideal as it is very close to Kyoto station. There are lots of eateries and amenities near the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is good, just next to Kyoto station. What impressed me most about this hotel is the great service. The first day i lost my camera on taxi, and the front desk staff named Toshihiro Kasamatsu was really nice and helped me contact the taxi company, and i got my camera back the next day. On the last day, i found i left my daughter’s eye contact lences at hotel when i arrived home in china. It’s Andi helped me find the lences out of the trash within one hour and Mayuko Miki helped me with the delivery. Those three staff made me really move, and their kindness, profession and efficiency left me so good impression about this hotel and Japan. No words can express my thanks.

Good to stay especially if you are planning to travel to another city. It’s 4 mins walk from the Kyoto main station to the hotel. Shinkansen is there as well. Varieties of food are there as well.

The hotel environment & its location is superb. Many available dining options at the nearby rail station. Rooms may be a little small thou. Overall satisfied!
