Rakuten STAY Kyoto Station

We had a nice stay here. Check-in didn’t go very smooth, it was self check-in. But after that everything was great, the room looked nice, the amenities were good. I would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Rakuten STAY Kyoto. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

Room is good, quite spacious by Japanese standards, and has all basic amenities. Room cleaning service is done once in three days, but you can change towels every day. Bathroom has both shower or a bathtub (a tiny one). Ceiling projector is cool and easy to connect to, it has YouTube and Netflix. Only disadvantage is that there's only small rack for 4 clothes hangers, so most of the clothes should remain in the luggage. Located near Kyoto station (just 10 minutes walk), which is a great transport hub, but is a maze. There is a 7/11 across the road, and Team lab Biovertex is just next door. But not much restaurants nearby, you'd need to go to the station at least. The overall stay was good, totally recommend it! 👍

The best out of the best htl we were at Kyoto. Everything was so good including the front desk. We would like to extend our stay unfortunately rooms were all sold out . Room are quite spacious if compare the rest of the Kyoto hotels. Love to come back here again .

The hotel staff was actually accomodating. We will definitely book again next time.

The location is good and the room is clean. They did not provide cleaning service daily and the aircon in the room got some noise but they offered us to exchange the room.

Excellent location and service. Room is clean and refreshing. Had a room with a nice view of Kyoto Train Station. Can store your bags at check-in before the check-in time. Many different teas and also japanese soup available just before the lift. The soup is halal and tasted good especialky for muslims who want to break your fasting. Enjoy my stay and look forward to stay again.

The hotel was decent for the price. The room was clean. The location was good and easy to find. Overall, it was an okay experience.
