this was ok, there‘s better value for money found in other hotels in kyoto, beds were uncomfortable and felt cheap.

2nd time staying here. Perfect location but due to ongoing construction nearby, quite noisy even at night.

Returned to this same hotel that we stayed at earlier - still very conveniently-located with public transportation going to most sight-seeing tourists spots. Very nice room as well and love the free tea and candies from the hotel. A nice stay.

The location is good and the room is clean. The breakfast portion js small but it’s acceptable. Overall, it’s nice.

The room was really nice - one of the bigger ones I had in Japan. I especially liked the bathroom. Didn’t speak to them much, but when I did the staff were very friendly and helpful.

星のリゾートとしての期待は無しかなぁ 価格がリーズナブルではあるので、仕方ないけど 次回は選択はしない、同じ価格帯であれば 他にも選択肢はありますので 例えば、三井ガーデン四条しか良かった

一進門光線非常充足，房間不算大但非常新淨及乾淨 。廁所較大，不會一轉身就碰牆壁 。 整體感覺很好！ 👍🏻

OMO5 這個價錢嚟講算合理 地板和牆身都是淺色系列 樓下有便利店 雖然距離購物區遠一點 但是整體合格

酒店位置一流，附近就係步行街，而且好近錦市場。 房形都比其他日本酒店大少少，又有浴缸。 酒店對出就係巴士站 地鐵，來回京都站都好方便。 員工好nice，再來京都會再住一次。

酒店地理方便，行出綿市場很近，附近都多食店選擇，酒店清潔衛生，唯一是枕頭很扁很硬不舒服，沒有関西空港OMO 的好瞓，房間望到墓地，我和先生就沒所謂，但介意的可留意或選大街的一邊房間。

立地もよくホテル内も清潔で少人数の旅行や出張に便利なホテルだと思います。朝食も個性があって素敵でした。また利用させていただきます

非常滿意。吃住都很好，而且在鬧市區非常方便，下次去京都還是這個酒店。

位置非常好，房間細但整潔，窗外沒有境觀。可惜沒有洗衣機。有行理代運服務。
