Nice roomy hotel, great service from bellboy and front desk. Water pressure is amazing. Free parking available.

Got shuttle bus to pick up and departure to Kyoto Station within the operation time is the best experience. I stay 3nights here and everything is good and we are comfortable staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and hallway were very clean. The price was very fair. What made us happy was the breakfast on the top floor. The floor rotated while eating. We had a great view of the whole of Kyoto. We will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto

A short walk from Kyoto Station. Very good service at the front desk. Facilities and room were reasonably good value. A peaceful location besides a busy area of town. Would recommend for families:

the customer service is very friendly to answer my questions. The local is good, easy to reach to Kyoto main station. Got FOC shuttle bus to pick up/drop off from train station.

Very modern, clean and the room itself very spacious. However, the distance between the hotel and to the station is quite far which is about 12-15 mins and as well as only one convenience store near the accommodation. The hotel has a few restaurants and bars which could be good for some people to grab a drink.

Free shuttle bus from hotel to Kyoto Station if you are carrying luggage, walking distance to Kyoto station.

Location and service are good.

Best Hotel & service exelece

We have a great staying in this hotel which the location is very closed to the Kyoto Shinkansen station and they do provide shuttle service every 20min. Room is spacious and clean with free coffee and tea bag. You can get the drinking water at a dedicated station at 1 of the corner of outside the room. The staffs are all very polite and helpful.

First time in Kyoto and didn’t really know much about this hotel brand but I 100% will be returning. Great location to Kyoto Station and the amenities were next level.

The staff was very helpful in sending our luggage to Kansai Airport even before we had checked in. They guided to book directly and they would take care of the rest. Friendly staff. Did not use other facilities
