Great location, clean and room is modern and sleek. Projector is superb! Luxury bath tub and shower room make all the travel weary go away. Ok

A very satisfactory choice. Travel with parents and stayed four nights and royal park. Located near to subway kalasuma station, a good choice to explore Kyoto. Room is spacious compared to most of hotels in Kyoto, also is clean and quiet. Impressed by the breakfast where you can choose set menu between Japanese and American styles. Delicate dishes. It has a lounge where you can enjoy afternoon teas and happy hour. The public bath is a must go-to place after a long way during the day.

Beautiful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Room are clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the Iounge. Highly Recommended!

The location is excellent, 2 mins away from the subway exit and close to the prime shopping area. the lounge access is an amazing arrangement that the hotel clients could enjoy the refreshment during the day and free cocktails during the evening time. Convenient stores close to the hotel.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Rooms are lovely and fresh. They also provide you with free lounge access and it is a peaceful environment. The only disappointment was the lack of choice for foreigners at breakfast. No coffee or eggs- these were charged extra. This hotel chain is excellent and I have stayed twice at their branch in Tokyo and Osaka- both offer lovely breakfast. I would not stay here again based on the breakfast as this is something important to my experience.

Great new hotel, the room was spacious with a nice window view. The room had everything we needed including coffee machine, smat tv and even meditation oil. Very comfortable big bed (really king size). Overall the hotel facilities are excellent, there is a public bath and lounge. The staff speak English very well.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room is very clean and spacious. We love the afternoon tea and the cocktail so much! Excellent location, close to the subway station and 3 stops to JR Kyoto station. Close to the Magna museum and the staff offered us the discount of the tickets. We do not find it noisy at night even if it is just by the street, so we had good sleep at night. Close to a bike rental store so we rented bikes to go around the downtown and along the river. The staff speaks excellent English. It is the best hotel we had in our trip to Kansai!
