乾淨，前台服務員態度和藹親切，位置近清水寺，廁所夠大，有飲水機、冰機冰桶給客人使用，美中不足的是沒打掃服務（需要加錢）

我是一個人住的，因此不存在加床的事情，房間一個人住足夠大，兩個人也可以，行李箱也能放得下。衹是牙刷牙膏需要自己在上樓時自己在指定地方拿一下，否則衞生間無牙刷牙膏。這個地方最好的是，離祇園四條很近（10分鐘之內），離清水寺很近，步行十幾分鐘的事情，去四條以及幾個車站都方便，不遠處（5，6分鐘）就有一個超市，超方便。周邊寺廟、神社很多。
