Hotel location is good, Takashiyama department store is just cross the street. It's a small hotel, and not easily found. On ground floor lobby, they will have a simple check of documents. Afterwards, a staff will bring us to 9th floor reception area for check in. We were served with a cup of tea and sweets while waiting. After the check in, another staff will escort us to have a tour around the hotel and our room. Room is spacious with private Onsen. Though room's city view is fair only, the main selling point is the open-air onsen. The private open-air onsen is great and very comfortable. The fridge in our room has many free drinks including wine and beer. Unexpectedly, we could see the sunrise from our room. The Japanese breakfast is delicate and good. Everything is good except the bed mattress is too soft for us. 9th floor reception floor has a nice view, two public hot springs are located on this floor. This floor serves with free coffee and drinks and ice cream bars. It’s surprising that besides the hotel front entrance, there is a secret side door, no need to pass through the lobby counter, like a private entrance with a sense of privilege.

check in was great, up to forbes standard, room and facilities tour. mini bar was free and plenty of choices, they really have an eye to detail such as the variety of linens and quality of the bathtub etc.

Good location as it is 2-3 minutes walk from nearby railway stations, 2 major department stores and numerous cafe/restaurant. The room is spacious and well decorated. Staff are very nice and helpful. Foot bath on the terrace, in-room open-air bath and the guest lounge are highly enjoyable. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended and worth the money.

Hotel is well designed, clean and comfortable at premium location. Breakfast is difficult to reserve if it’s not included in the booking package. Takashimaya - department store is cross the street where you could find delicious quality foods at less than 1/2 of prices comparing to Nishiki Market or resturant. Highly recommended.

We couldn't have stayed in a more amazing hotel while in Kyoto. From the first moment we stepped in, we were greeted with hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was respectful and extremely helpful. Our room was well appointed and had more amenities than we could use. Not to mention, the private in room onsen. This was the whole reason we chose this hotel and it did not disappoint. The water was refreshing and you could really feel the healing effects. As for the meals that the hotel provides... I must say both the Japanese set and Western set breakfasts were delightful and had many options. The fresh ingredients and the diligence of the dining staff were impeccable. We felt truly valued as guests. It is safe to say that I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Kyoto. We most certainly will be back!

We reserve the rooms with in-room onsen facility. The room is big and clean. Not only in-room onsen but also other room facilities are wonderful. The platform roof with beverage service is a also good place to enjoy the view of Kyoto.

第二次book呢間酒店，上年係book普通房，今日係book有私人溫泉既房，簡直太爽了‼️ 首先check in時工作人員好詳細介紹每個住客可以用既設施👍之後會帶我地入房介紹埋房入面有既野，雪櫃既野任飲，正‼️第二日仲會refill一次😝 係凍冰冰既天氣底下有個隨時都可以跳落去浸既溫泉簡直無得頂🥰有機會一定會再去😆

優點如下：景色不錯，地理位置好，24小時私湯客房很好，客房服務也不錯，但是但是就僅限於此。缺點很多：服務人員極不專業彷彿草台板子，民宿水平；沒有5星飯店匹配的大堂和餐廳；價格超級貴，性價比極低。

🇯🇵在最愛的京都找到最愛的温泉酒店了！ . 📍位置：就在四條河原町高島屋馬路對面，樓下就有可以去梅田的阪急電車，後面就是鴨川。在位置方面贏了很多Ultra Luxury Hotel。 . 🧺設施：別邸有單獨的check-in、電梯和Rooftop Lounge（全天happy hour和泡腳）俯瞰鴨川。房間內有天然温泉私湯（也有公湯）和露台沙發，非常chill！客房配Bose音響和琳琅滿目的mini bar。 . 🏨服務：單獨辦完入住後會有專人帶領hotel tour介紹公區和客房的各類設施服務，也太周到了！唯一不爽的是攜程直播間的package明明寫了含一份延遲退費，但是酒店咬死不承認，希望以後還是加強商務合作的細則溝通，別給消費者產生不必要的麻煩。
