Kyoto Granbell Hotel recensioner

Right in Gion! Very convenient:) Loved the huge bed! This bed is probably the biggest I’ve seen in Japan 😂 Room was sufficient, they provided everything we needed, spacious enough to open two suitcases. The hotel provides snacks and coffee at the lobby. Nice!

A little gem of a hotel right in the middle of Kyoto! Location could not be better. The hotel itself is "Japan sized" (rooms are small) but the space is so cleverly used I spent more time marvelling at the efficiency in design than worrying about the lack of space. Service similarly was very efficient, what was provided was what was needed and done to a high standard. Rooms were not cleaned every day but nice fresh towels were provided every morning. There was no laundry service but there were excellent coin operated laundry machines. Would certainly stay here the next time I return to Kyoto!

Love how it is located nearby Gion and tourist area. 

The hotel is beautiful and well located, public bathroom issues also great. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. On the other side, room is too small. Automatic toilet has very bad smell and cannot get rid of that smell. Drying machines at the laundry are super dirty, after washing and drying, tons of dust on my clothes.

Can‘t praise the Granbell Hotel enough. Great location. Nice stylish room. Reasonable price. We habe breakfast from a nearby Starbucks but the buffet looked ok. Laundry service in the basement.

This is my second stay. I love the location, convenience to get around and the onsen in the basement. My pet peeve is their procedure to take a CC deposit to make a restaurant reservation call which caused time wasted back and forth to find out the restaurant was fully booked. 

Lovely staff, rooms a bit on the small side. Breakfast not great.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the train stations and bus stations. The temples are also within walking distance.

Super good location and friendly staffs but is a trouble to go to the front desk to collect toothbrushes…,

位置特別好，距離四條河源町特別近，步行幾分鐘就到花見小路，周邊可逛可玩的太多了。 服務屬於半自助，垃圾要自己放門口，毛巾每天給掛在門把手上，牙刷、水也要自取。 想吐槽下這家服務真不怎麼樣，有天去前台要幾瓶水，居然説沒了⋯幾個東南亞服務員有點種族歧視，挺差異化服務的 房間很小，可參考圖片，不過床挺大，反正在京都主要都是外面逛，回來也就睡個覺，不介意倒是也能將就。

酒店位置優越，去往京都每個景點都非常方便！酒店房間非常舒服，得到很好的休息！很開心入住了這家酒店，之後還想再找機會和家人一起來這裏旅遊入住這家酒店。前台人員也非常熱心幫助人❤️這點真的很滿意👍

Hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre de GION à proximité des points de transport. Chambre propre et service attentionné. Je recommande !
